l read the article from the link you posted carefully . l observe that he is just speaking base on the accumulation of crypto asset so far is very big and time to sell off is coming in short moment from now . bitcoin and altcoin have hit the bottom on a several occasions and specifically most altcoin are already below their ICO price  that have been listed on the coinmarketcap due to the bear market condition . ln my own opinion l totally agree with the article that the bull run might even hit more than 10x it current marketcap

does anyone really believe those speculative price predicts?many people say its going to be under 5000k, many other say above 10k.they are all empty predicts.follow the TA, not speculators. we are very very close to big bang.we will see where bitcoin will go.

Next Bitcoin Bull Run Will See Crypto Market Rise ‘10x’: Pantera CIO

The co-chief investment officer of one the cryptocurrency industry’s largest investment firms said that he expects the next bitcoin bull run to carry the cryptocurrency market cap 1,000 percent above its current valuation.

Pantera Capital’s Joey Krug made this prediction during an interview with Bloomberg, forecasting that the next upswing could propel the cryptocurrency market cap to more than $2 trillion.

“If you look at that next bull run, I think the crypto space overall could hit 10x from here.”

Everybody shouts about a quick bull market. It bothers. How not to see us a new bottom.

This is a clear case of desperate measures as his company is invested in alts, and all of them have taken an beating and he's hoping his comments shall increase the demand for bitcoins, which in turn will fuel the prices of bitcoins. While I'm positive for a bull run it's an open secret there's not many factors that can trigger it, the only way it gets triggered is if the Sec approves bitcoins etf, but there's no certainty it'll be approved.

Everyone can say anything now because the bull run is yet to happen. But we've still not forgotten those who made predictions that didn't come to pass either. Bitcoin did almost 20x last year, so a 10x is very much possible if the things that will trigger it comes to play, chief of which is an ETF approval. However, I still think he used the opportunity to shill his company, especially as it's hugely vested in alts.
