I completely agree to above points, Bitcoin may not go down further and big institutions may come with force to buy cryptocurrencies, with increased value of Bitcoin, alt coins will also come into bull run, even ICOs will have high investments, complete bull run is on the way, as said above these are personal views only, always calculate risk before doing any investment.

I feel like until cryptocurrencies are starting to be adopted in to everyday life with real use cases then institutional investors will keep at a distance. The way I see the whole thing is that we would still need the institutions investors as there are the one that can put very huge amount into cryptocurrencies market which in turn will make it become very popular among nor-cryptocurrencies enthusiast.  The institutions investors has that capacity to makes bitcoin accepted by the populace and governments which is what some of us desire.

If that rumors will come out to the public particular to what the enthusiasts said on public social media posts, which I thought it would be some fundamental part to help bull run initiate. As part of the whales strategy they'll be getting back again what they've planted, so after that massive downfall they should be recovering back again to a much higher profit gains. Those positive reviews will happen soon, and as price went higher and improve better we as holders should grab at a sustainable profit as well when that bull run came.

grayscale is small potatoes. i mean, GBTC is literally in the pink sheets---not traded on any major exchanges. that's why silbert was able to get it off the ground without major regulatory hurdles (unlike the ETFs).

it's true that institutional investors are here to an extent. hedge funds have been entering the space since 2014. and the way algorithmic trading increasingly took over the market also suggests that institutional traders are in our midst.

that said, major investment banks are not investing in crypto. morgan stanley is clearing CBOE and CME futures for institutional clients, but they've said that activity has been low, and that they're waiting to see more interest from clients before launching their own swaps. blackrock's CEO said recently that its clients have zero interest in crypto.

so there's obviously a long way to go......

It doesn't worked anymore because investors are getting smarter. No buying of news, sorry to say that. Yes, it could be that traders and investors chooses the wait-and-see attitude. But I don't blame them, though.

As for institutional money money coming in, I believed that they have been investing heavily in the market for the last couple of years. They might have been channeling it thorough hedge fund managers so we will not see the complete picture on how those funds are moving in and out of the market.

There is no way people want to get into bitcoin world with ETF's and so forth and still keep the price at these levels.

If the big wall street companies and Korean markets and all that wants to get in than the price will get higher no matter what and for people like us that deals with the small amounts it will create an amazing market and opportunity as well. Do not think just the price also consider the jobs created in crypto market.

Right now, go out and see which companies are looking for "remote" works, there are plenty of them, considering we are still small in crypto company levels there will be a time when companies are looking for "crypto experts" which in reality basically people who has been around for couple years and just use them as workers in some sort of community manager type works. It is even funny that these days, news are no longer being bought, and people would rather stick with price action than seeing news as anything they should be relying on in this space. Maybe some fundamentalist with hybrid strat buy on where they think is a good buy to bag more tokens. You are true, already after the price increase the reason will be found. Expecting the news of institutions caused the price to be stable. In my opinion a lot of people are waiting for this news, including me. But, it seems only to extend the time of decisions. It doesn't matter what they decide, Bitcoin will return to its price.

My opinion is we still have time for the bull run to begin because the prices were settled to some certain level so institutional investors may not get interested to invest now.BUt the bull run will begin sooner or later so as you said the right thing to do now is holding and buying the bitcoins for long term investment.
