Will be helpful to find details about them. I have not done any (contacting) yet since I do not want to expose my LinkedIn to anyone.
If any green signal from the community then I may look forward to risk some of my money.

I am the CMO of that project and I am sorry, that you did stumble over an issue with our MVP that soon.
In case you would have checked the checkbox above the "I understand" button, you would have been lead into our MVP just as you should have been. We are already working on improving our user guidance in a way, that a hint will appear in case they did not check the box to confirm that they "understood" the written text!
Did you maybe see our "bug bounty program"? This would have given you the chance to not only get into contact with us directly but even to potentially earn NXA tokens for reporting this bug to us in a way we are publicly asking the community for? I would highly appreciate if you will reach out to us directly the next time, through at least one of the several ways we are offering for that, instead of immediately accusing us of being a potential scam. As we certainly are not!
If our project with NXAD may be of actual interest for you I would be very happy to further interchange with you personally and serve you right with certain documents and further information about NXAD!
