Is it worth holding XRP and BTC, or selling my XRP for more BTC?

Focus on fundamentals and long-term prospects.  I bought XRP last Summer and plan to hold it for 4-5 years.  The fundamentals of Ripple and XRP are incredible they are becoming more and more decentralized every month and currently only control 7% of the network.  They have expanded into new markets and their XRP/direct FIAT pairs have grown over 400% just this year.  Next year they expect exponential increases as we start to see the beginning of Metcalfe's Law take shape.  Also, Jevons Paradox will be a very real thing in the remittence market.  The future looks incredible.  Buy all the XRP you can and hold until 2022.  Don't trade it, touch it, don't do anything just lock it away and forget about it.  $10/XRP is nothing when you consider the magnitude of the problems XRP is uniquely capable of solving.  Unfortunately XLM hasn't done anything to expand their liquidity in the market.  Its just not functional nor is BTC, BCH or ETH.  Good luck to all!

Everything is dropping hard, but I don't think Ripple has a much room to grow. It can be $3 again, but I will not do 10x, 50x, 100x. Check its market cap.

That is why I would pick a coin that has a good future, and low cap right now.

I hold and do not sell anything. At the moment, it is too late to exit positions in dollars. Late the rest just wait it out.

My suggestion to you is to keep holding both bitcoin and xrp, so when the price up any in the two coin , you still in profit , don't be greedy

Hold both will be the best, XRP and BTC in the coming time will increase a lot, and now it has increased. BTC has reached 6600$ and XRP has increased to 0.57$, if still hold it is really great

I think by holding the Ripple and Bitcoin will generate even more profits. see developing capabilities owned Ripple allows Ripple was able to survive and increase its growth as a profitable future coins. so with the holding in conjunction with Bitcoin will be very profitable.

Just when it seems XRP is about to moon hard, BTC steps in and ruins the party. Now there are feelers and speculations that it will go even lower to the $2k range. Seems to me like a reset button is bout to be hit.

holding both these coins will be very profitable. coupled with the development of many Ripple owned has increased that brought it into coins that are very expensive and capable of overtaking the other coins in an uncertain market that made it a lot of attention.

No one can decide on you! Because it's your money and If they know altcoin will make a profit, they will invest themselves!

There is no harm in having a Ripple and count on it. currently only a Ripple conditions continued to show improvement this will be very nice and rewarding your continued use and support it. so by maintaining these coins will be very profitable and make it as a fairly major precious coins.

I think so: sell XRP, and buy more bitcoins. I think investments in BTC are more profitable than in XRP. I think in 2019, bitcoin will cost 5 times more.

Buy more bitcoin is bad idea, don't do that. Many people still believe with crypto but they replace their trust at the wrong time and coins. This is down trend and they should replace their asset into currency and wait more time until crypto market has significant price moving, depend on that we can buy again. Nothing wrong with faith or prediction but replace into the right place and time is more important than that.

You should not take too long to hold XRP because you have too high a risk, it is advisable to hold as much bitcoin as you can because only bitcoin has a very good potential.

It is worth it if you are holding a coin like ripple, mostly before I would say that they are going to not be doing good but in light of the recent events that we have seen so far, I think that there is a lot that the coins are going to do and with a coin like ripple and such speeds you are going to be sure that you are going to make a good amount from it

I think if you have enough funds to buy over a btc then buy bitcoin.. but if its not up too 1btc... Then it's best you buy ripple instead.. ripple is a good coin with a promising future
