In my opinion the tokens are usually greatly reduced after ICOS. Because of the bad crypto market and the bitcoin prices are down a lot, so the Altcoins tend to go down and the tokens are down.

There's one thing I have ever noticed, after ico the token price dropped drastically could anyone explain why such is happening...
Eg, there are some tokens are I have in my wallet which I want to trade since then till now I have been waiting for the price to come up but instead decreasing. What do I do in this scenario?

Here you yourself need to make a decision. If the project has prospects, then it is worth holding their tokens and selling only when it grows in price. If the project has no prospects, then maybe it makes sense to sell tokens until the price has fallen even lower.

It will always be the demand and supply that dictates the price and also the development of the product concerning the project that lure investors to buy the tokens. If there is a dump after the ICO, of course the price would go down but eventually it will pump after some time. Usually it is the dump by bounty hunters could cause the dip of value.

There is not a guarantee that the price of a token is going to go up after a dump, that seems to me like the expectations of the investors of that coin and nothing more, this is why bounty hunters get so desperate to try to get rid of their coins immediately because they cannot be sure that what you are describing will happen and they sell because of it.
