Feeling scared with Latoken !!!

Recently, I saw Latoken go into many projects as a parner for the exchange. It seems then to be impressive and I have tried trading some pennies there. The deposit process seems to be ~ 5 '. then withdraw the token. It's really scary with the 2h notice form. More than 2 hours later, I canceled the order and returned to the next order. I think too many people to relinquish the database has shrunk but after a few times. I type the ticket to the support team. Although, I gave the full information but they responded with the last sample as "I will check and resolve as soon as possible". Is this the general situation when withdrawing money on the current trading floor? and anyone who has experience in trading at Latoken? please help me :

There ar a lot of cimplain against the latoken, that they are being irresponsive. Such behavior is destroying their reputation and it is also scaring away their investors. Hopefully they will do something about it.

If the exchange and stats are going well, then there is nothing to be afraid of. As the tokens are depended on the coins, and the coins are stable, so it won't be that risky. Also, the new coins usually provides good services, but still, you have to be cautious about the stats and recent values.

You have every right to be scared. Many users has complained about them being non-responsive to customers' questions and bad management.

Laotoken is a great exchange and I never had difficulties in using it. Stay calm, the support group will solve you issue. I am sure these guys have much stuff to do and they will reply as soon as they will have time for you.

You shouldn't be scared. I think you're scared because it's new in crypto world. You should wait for the confirmation then trade pennies there. Hope you'll get better result.

I think latoken will eventually become a huge platform although they do have some issues like slow deposit and withdraw and also the upper tier verification is required to trade some of the coins, i think this process also needs to be simplified and exchange speed and interface should be improved to attract more users and volume.

Yes, I agree recently there are a lot of coin listings on the Latoken exchange. This is primarily due to the fact that ico projects are being held there and money is being raised for development. I traded many times on this exchange and there were no problems.

I've never used Latoken because their trading volume is very small. when I see this news it seems like I will rethink using the market. 2 hours just to wait for the confirmation email, it's very strange.

I will not advise anyone to use that exchange. Aside from their nonchalant attitudes towards customers, they do not always an appreciable amount of volume. It's a no go area for me again.

Trading with any exchange you have to understand they run a big operation with a small team. If you're having issues with the transactions and any related issue you can contact technical support, don't be worried if they take a little time to respond as most exchanges are busy with their transactions and might take time replying. Hopefully you'll get the assistance you need soon.
