I've been thinking a lot about this issue. I heard more than once that many are discussing this topic. Is it safe to invest everything in one, two cryptocurrencies? Or to distribute all the money in all the coins available for this amount?

It is safest to invest your money in several cryptocurrencies. You will protect yourself with this in case of a sharp fall in the price of one or two coins. Read online information on how to diversify risks.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

It can be observed on the example of the same Ethereum that people who strongly believed in it and invested in Ethereum all their money since its peak lost more than 10 times. For example, Bitcoin fell 5 times.

With the current state crypto market is in I wouldn’t say that it is a bright idea, it’s always better to diversify your portfolio, and I would say especially in crypto world and especially now. There has been a lot of projects that promise a lot but doesn’t deliver anything. So definitely diversify your investment.

Think about it, what are the chances that one project in such an unstable market will die and people will lose everything. Do you think that it is very low? No. Too big.

If it is among the top five coins, like ether, stellar, neo, waves, ripple or Eos , then putting all your capital on any of it is suffeincent to make returns, than investing in new coins that do not have future.

Since I'm holding a small amount of crypto assets I decided to change a couple of different currencies and tokens such as BTC, ETH and let's say FCT and MGO. More chances to get profits.  Wink
