if the philippines have begun to accept adopting cryptocurrency, there will be further developments that will inevitably receive cryptocurrency payments in their country and can make cryptocurrency prices rise.

of course, more and more bitcoiners are coming from the Philippines. indeed it is expected that more and more needs will be btc, so that with the many purchase orders, it will support the development of cryptocurrency

The introduction of the blockchain and the adoption of cryptocurrencies in the Philippines is an important step in strengthening the economy of this country.

I don't see that crypto currencies will be able to strengthen our country's economy since there are far more root of it though it is a great step since it will open up a new door for more money to enter the country. Even though Bitcoin is legal on our country, it is only popular to some places since not all of the place can adopt to that certain technology. For example, our province is not really open to this crypto currency. Most of the people don't even know that certain technology exists in the world.

Accepting Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency will benefit the Philippines, so I think this is a good option for the country. If you do not take it, then I believe that your country will not be able to keep up with the big countries because they are always in the lead for accepting change.

absolutely right and this is very good news for all of us, so with this news hopefully big countries can accept and adopt bitcoin and other crypto properly. because with so many countries receiving crypto like bitcoin it can be a good way for bitcoin to develop in all countries in the world well
It is really good news because it will help the growth and power of crypto currency, in any country which is well aware of new technologies will know how beneficial it will be for price and value of bitcoin, actually the acceptance of bitcoin is getting wide as bitcoin is the most famous and well demanded crypto currency and Philippines has accepted bitcoin the best crypto currency.

It's good to see adoption finally finding it's way in our world. I believe that soon crypto will find its footing alongside fiat and adoption will be a dream come true.  Even though coins out there like MFX and tapcoin promise to bring it in,  we are still some ways from it.

This has something to do with the (CEZA) Cagayan Economic Zone Authority's project on boosting the economu of the Philippines by foreign investment through cryptocurrency. Its a good thing that even a developing country like the Philippines is taking advantage of the crypto industry just like how Japan and Korea are doing to their country. I just hope that this foreign investors will fulfill their promises of investment in the country which CEZA has also put a minimum in.

Yes but SEC is against those running ICO as I recall all projects in the Philippines that are implemented now are going to through or processed by SEC and it was difficult to do and just like that people or investors are disappointing for that and wait the SEC to approve the project to run ICO's.

Cryptocurrency transactions has been on the rise in the philippines.

They are already accepted 5 cryptocurrency company in the country and approximately planning to give license for atleast 25 companies to operate in the philippines.

With the current government administration they are starting to adopt and build even in the technological infrastructure.

In more years to come the country will be more open to blockchain technology like japan and other countries.

With  news like this, it sure gives a glimmer of hope to the future of cryptocurrency at large. For those already giving up or redundant as regards the progress of the cryptocurrency. I, for one, I am excited and expectant of more positive news from other countries.

I hope that the other country in Asia will follow the Philippines to accept and adopt cryptocurrency and when this is happening, the cryptocurrency will grow fast in Asia country and it will go for the other country in the world. I think the world is ready to accept cryptocurrency and they cannot deny the existence of the cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency can give many benefits to their people and perhaps, the country will get some benefits too. I cannot wait to see the cryptocurrency accepted in all country Grin
Apart from China and few other countries, I do not think most Asian countries have problem with cryptocurrency. Japan was the main country to lead the forefront with regulation and acceptance, which is something that really went viral in the whole crypto sphere, considering that every other country may start using them as a case study in the long run when it comes to regulatory framework for

cryptocurrencies as well as the benefits they tend to derive from it in the long run. This move by Philippine government is a welcome development I must say, which would really be a great one for the citizens as well as the country itself.

Countries are slowly warming up to the idea of crypto money. Some countries have acted more quickly and have made serious progress. The first one will provide more advantages.

I agree. This is really a good indication that the government accepted cryptocurrency, we all know that Philippines is a growing country, therefore we can predict that bitcoin will serves as a good thing to help the economy of the said country to improve more and more.

That is good for them, usually, Filipino people are unemployed most likely they were at home relying on the internet job maybe they have seen the good opportunity that Bitcoin brings that the reason they are now adopting this kind of technology which helped them for their daily needs and the governments also know that it will help for the economic growth. Hopefully, all countries are just like Philippine it will really help to the market if there is more demand on bitcoin as a holder.

I think crypto focus does have to be in Asian countries, because Asian countries have considerable enthusiasm in crypto and most Asian countries are not conflict states that will not affect crypto too much.
For now, yes, the main focus of the cryptosphere should be Asia. But since some asian countries have already started to embrace cryptocurrencies making the adoption phase arrive sooner than we expected in those countries, I wouldn't be surprised if the countries outside of Asia are just simply waiting to see how cryptocurrencies perform on countries with a tight regulatory framework to see how things develop on a major scale.

Depending on how this new asian cryptocurrency boom develops in the long-term (most likely either Japan or South Korea will become the mecca for cryptos), the focus of the market will shift to those countries and govt that are still hesitant to embrace cryptos.

This is a good news another ASIAN country open its door for crypto currency market transaction, once global acceptance of crypto materialized, then it will a very good to all other developing country to follow for better transaction of crypto coins in the market or Business community. I am optimistic that the realization of global acceptance by the financial institution will come in the near future.

In the Philippines, there are small business who are already accepting bitcoin as payment like online stores. Another, Philippines has a wallet and this is the only wallet used by the Filipinos to convert btc into peso or vice versa. This wallet can also be use to pay something in online or even buy a load. In fact it already improve because we can also save eth,and bch, in this wallet. So take note that this wallet is legal.

As i'm hearing things like that the asian countries has much more liberal approach than european countries i think more often about moving out to one of these countries. In future there can be possibility that these countries will be richer than Germany, France or UK, only china could be richer than USA today but in future who knows.

That is very good for Philipines that government is open for technological news.

the legality of bitcoin in the Philippines has limitations specially when the banks involved yes there are some establishments who accepts bitcoin as mode of payment but it does not mean that there is a hundred percent of legality, when a person wants to open an account to the bank and his source of income is cryptocurrency he is hundred percent rejected to his application.

Correct, I was also experienced this personally when I plan to open an account in the Bank since I have my income in crypto. When their staff interviewed me and start gathering personal information at that time she asks me if were my source of income comes from, and if from cryptocurrencies they did not allow me to open an account if they know they have a right to forfeit my fund in my account. I'm so afraid of what she said to me and I back out.
Hopefully, those Banks will be united to the people who used bitcoin and other cryptos as a source of income.
