Many people believe real estate business is more profitable than investing bitcoin so they shift focus to investing in real estate business. I think bitcoin is more profitable especially in a time like this that the price is down you can buy in large quantities and sell when the price is up but real estate needs lot of capital. What do you think? 

Even I prefer bitcoin over real estate even it is a new concept to the financial world because the profit margin it can provide in a short period of time is much higher and unlike real estate investments bitcoin investment doesn't need a big initial investment which is something most investor or traders cannot bare so for most young individuals bitcoins has been a great investing option than real estate

in my opinion, real estate and the world of Crypto are all profitable if we make our own investment which determines if we have a lot of capital, then we can run it together, but I am still loyal to the crypto world because it has provided many benefits, especially now when investing at prices bitcoin goes down, so when the price of bitcoin rises, we have got many benefits.

My opinion on this. even though how profitable Bitcoin investments may be, we surely cannot compare it with real estate investment. Why? The current floating risk. Eventough Bitcoin has increase a lot in just a short period of time, there’s still a risk on it because of the floating price moving too fast and even there’s a high potential for Bitcoin to increase in next 5 years or whatever, there’s still a risk on that.

Bitcoin is too volatile to compare to real estate. Real estate will over a long time show a steady growth (with the occasional hiccups) Bitcoin prices can move more than a house price rises in a year in an just 1 hour. So buy a house and use your bitcoin profit to pay it off when you can.

Bitcoin is more profitable than real state because you can earn more profit even in a short period of time if you have enough knowledge in investing in cryptocurrency. But real state are more stable and secured than bitcoin because it is real ,i mean tangible asset and it is for long term investment.

Yes they were many of them that just gave up bitcoin because they can't hold on any longer and they are tired for the several months that it hasn't been performing well like the way they are expecting. But its also considerable that those folks are already in real estate business, you know that business is very popular wherever you are.

The advantage of investing to bitcoin is you don't really need a huge capital to start holding and trading but the returns won't be that big. Same logic goes for real estate, you need huge capital and you'll get a property, you can rent it or even sell it on a higher price as time goes by.

I'm into both boats so that's the best feeling that I can share right now, I'm pretty sure that most of the bitcoin investors here are into real estate too.

many people that get a house via a mortgage can put money in for decades but never actually own the property until the final payment. this means many things
1. if they miss a few payments they lose the house and dont get anything back
2. the interest added means a $200k house is not $200k  but requires handing over more than 200k, and a hope that inflation surpass the interest added
3. other costs get added like home insurance, and other protections. aswell as maintenance costs..

think about it. having a house for 20 years you end up having to replace boilers, update/modernise the kitchen, re-slate the roof. on going lawn maintenance. and also the outside paint/decorating to hide natures ware and tear on the property

bitcoin doesnt have these hidden extra's. once you buy a bit of a coin that bit is yours. no on-going costs.
so any fiat inflation or asset deflation gives your asset(coin) instant profit

you nailed it man, in addition to that theres been a huge debt in real estate and inflation everywhere, its a bubble that is nearly to pop, just like in australia nowthey have real estate crisis and in some places where people strugling to meet their end paying high amount of mortgage, not a practical way to invest in.

Property profitable if we can rent it and have a good location beside that, its already known as old investing. Bitcoin is new investment and its profitable if we hold it for long term. Its digital gold and i think bitcoin will be profitable in near future

Both of it can be profitable if we manage it seriously, especially if we do both of it. It is like real estate for very long term investment, and bitcoin for mid-long time investment. As long both of it give us profit, it is good to do.

in terms of profit, I think both have the same value. but in terms of physical, real estate can be more valuable because there is a form and there is also a guarantee when losing on theft. while bitcoin is only in digital form and there is no guarantee from the state in case of theft. the rest, because of the transaction, of course, bitcoin can be superior and faster.

Between investing in bitcoin and real estate I myself prefer investing in bitcoin, because in my opinion investment in bitcoin is simpler and certainly for the future it can give us an advantage, I think investment in bitcoin will not lose, but investment still has risks it's important that we remain confident to get future results

I have invest in both. I have a place in the 2nd big city in our country, I registered to AirBNB last year and seem good that I can survive without having to have a day job. Its not a life in leisure though but a pretty plain surviving. I would have to raise rent fees later one when tourist gather around here due to the grandest festival in our country. Real Estate is profitable. Cryptocurrency is a lot profitable for me though, it felt alive to be part of the community every day.

thinking about this, I would certainly use both. of course I will choose bitcoin for starters, because with bitcoin, I feel that I can use the financial that I have to build real estate. so, I chose both of them to be utilized.

I also mean that your business bitcoin absolutely have a benefit or a higher profit than real estate. Both of them need time and money to invest but almost bitcoin is much better than these two, investing less plus a lot of capital.

Both have the opportunity to get the same benefits. It depends on our respective interests and expertise. We just choose from the two investments which we control the market more, including the techniques and market analysis.

People will always need housing, because you cannot sleep out in the open. So as long as there are a need for housing, people will be willing to pay you for that and this is why Real Estate is not a bad investment. The problem come in when there is a over supply of housing, like we had in the United States housing bubble in 2008.

Bitcoin also had a similar event last year <2017>, when too many people speculated with Bitcoin and the price spiked to unnatural high levels, to quickly.

For me both of those are profitable but they are different so we cant compare bitcoin to realstate business in real state in takes long time to get high value same with bitcoin but bitcoin is now more popular and anytime the price can pump its price in just a sec.

This is a good debate hence both are highly good investment and have great value of assets and probable profits. I guess i will get side of bitcoin because on bitcoin you don't need a maintenance to make profit, as time goes buy it values will surely be high if i keep holding until it reaches at its peak price. Unlike on real estate though real estate is good but the problem is that as time goes the value decreases because of high maintenance it can get and surely there are more real estate business out there and that's competition is coming in.
