Real estate depends on three things: location, location, location.

Bitcoin depends on cheap electricity and a decentalized globaly distributed network.

Good to have both going for you.

Right now I'm running two antminer s9's at a small loss, because electricity cost me 12 cents kwh.

Since I'm hodl'er I'm not concerned with current BTC prices.

My real estate brings in a steady stream of fiat for now.

Bitcoin represents a good store of value and hedge for the inevitable inflation of fiat currency.

I'll be very happy when I can collect rent in crypto.
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

I was a California real estate broker and I have mined/traded bitcoin; that being said...

Many people believe real estate business is more profitable than investing bitcoin so they shift focus to investing in real estate business. I think bitcoin is more profitable especially in a time like this that the price is down you can buy in large quantities and sell when the price is up but real estate needs lot of capital. What do you think?

it really depends on your goals, ethics and risk appetite. real estate is probably less profitable, if bitcoin's upwards volatility continues. that's a big "if". real estate also requires more capital. but it's also generally viewed as a very safe investment that will eventually ROI, even if you have to hold through a housing market crash.

i'm much more comfortable ethically with speculating on bitcoin than i am with landlording and things like that. so that's another consideration.

bitcoin is better

think about it. having a house for 20 years you end up having to replace boilers, update/modernise the kitchen, re-slate the roof. on going lawn maintenance. and also the outside paint/decorating to hide natures ware and tear on the property

bitcoin doesnt have these hidden extra's. once you buy a bit of a coin that bit is yours. no on-going costs.
so any fiat inflation or asset deflation gives your asset(coin) instant profit

you can live in a house. you can't live in a bitcoin. it's not so black and white. Cheesy

Bitcoin mining will have more value at the expense of electricity and quotas, not too much for expenses and good results will not disappoint.
Real estate has a lot of capital and has a location that guarantees interaction and good luck.
I think both of these must indeed be owned and start with bitcoin.

Any person who has  proper understanding of the crypto market will go for the Bitcoin over real estate. However, not everybody are same and some people who have known real state business system for a long time, finds the risks in Bitcoin too huge and they tend to go for the former one. But, if we compare the Bitcoin and the Real-estate business system, the BItcoin is way more profitable.

There are so many difference between bitcoin and real state, the first thing is that bitcoin is decentralize that might be the reason why there are so many investors attracted with it while real state is centralize but no matter what you choose the important thing to consider is that you must be able to understand well and do it well to succeed.

Well, the ones going to the real estate business must have a loads of money to begin with. If they have the business potentiality, they will be benefitted anywhere they invest, so it's not a matter of bitcoin or real estate. It's about the choice and taste of the investor.

I think it is not wise to compare bitcoin and real estate business. While bitcoin value is global, real estate value differs from place to place. Both of them are good investments and I believe a good investor can handle both of them.

Investment in bitcoin high risk and high profit, everyone can get a big profit if he is lucky and and has high patience. Got lucky when he started and the market conditions are going up so he can immediately sell and got profit in the short term, while when bitcoin prices experience a continuous price decline then he must have high patience so as not to sell the bitcoin he has. And real estate, indeed this place is also very promising but if someone wants to get a big profit then he must choose for the long term, while for the short term then he will get a little profit.

I would go with bitcoin. Because anybody can systematically push fund in the Bitcoin, there's no hurry. Real estate can represent any conventional investment venture, which is centralized.

Do not compare the two types
bitcoin is more profitable than real estate
You can achieve a daily profit rate of 1%
Meaning that the annual profit rate = 200% taking into account some losses

Real estate never attains these ratios
Only it safe and reliable.

Both share the common goal of an investment opportunity but there are differences between them. People who know the benefits of cryptocurrency will invest in it because of a few points regarding real estate such as, many people get a house via mortgage as they put money into it for decades and don't really own it until the final payment and if you miss a payment it could mean inflated costs that have interest and such. The thing that varies in the end on what people decide to invest in is knowledge regarding it and how comfortable they are with such investment ideas as a lot still prefer real estate over it due to the lack of knowledge they have on cryptocurrency and its potential.

I think there is a huge risk involved if the investors are purchasing real estate that are outside of his country as compared to investing in bitcoin, there might be some local laws and regulations that he might be unfamiliar with, who knows there might be some hidden taxes that are require to be paid to the government officials for purchasing real estate in that specific country, and sometimes the property agent might be dishonest and lies to the oversea investors about the cheap taxes in order for them to sell away real estate in a fast manner.

Investing in real estate is an outdated form of investment. Since the emergence of cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin - new, more profitable ways to invest. Nobody invests money in real estate right now, because you can invest it in Bitcoin and get a lot more.

Personally, I see real estate as a safe investment much better than Bitcoin and also relatively high profit.
Real Estate is a real asset and has eternal value.
Bitcoin has never been considered a safe investment channel, can only see as speculative place to seek profit.
