What Cryptocurrencies/Coins will Stores be able to accept?
We plan to start with the bigger coins such as: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Dash.
And we will allow other alt coins to be voted into our system much like many Cryptocurrency Exchanges do, allowing the community to be in control of what coins get added and which do not.


Step by step guides and copy and paste integrations.
We plan to incorporate step by step guides on how to connect compatible stores to our database as well as pre-generated code that can be easily cut and paste into your stores platform.
Just follow the guide, paste the code and you're ready to start accepting the cryptocurrencies of your choosing.




Maintain Decentralization

Staying Decentralized
CryptocurrencyCheckout.com is different from other platforms because it allows coins to remain completely decentralized between you and your customers.
We do this by taking the middleman out of the picture, all transactions and payments are made directly from your customers personal wallets to your personal wallets of choice.
There is no third party taking possession of your coins, charging you additional fees, or deciding when/if you should be paid, this also removes the counter party risk commonly found in centralized crypto payment processors.

How do we do this?
Our platform does this by simply showing E-commerce store platforms like Bigcommerce, Shopify, Magento, and even custom scripting language like PHP and HTML5 how to easily communicate with already existing Cryptocurrency Wallets like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Dash.
Simply put, the buyers will always pay the sellers directly, there will never be a centralized third party in control of your funds.




Pricing

How much does using your platform cost?
We believe in the in the original intention of Crypto, that being of community and not of greed, so as we release our beta we want to make our platform completely free to use for Stores, and their Customers.
Stores and Customers will not have to pay a single transaction or monthly fee to use the CryptocurrencyCheckout platform, and it will be completely Free for everyone to use.
The only fees your customers will ever pay is the Blockchain network transaction fee's that their desired coin charges to process a Cryptocurrency transaction. (Such as the btc, ltc, or eth network fees.)

How can you operate without charging Stores or their Customers any fees?
To start our beta we plan to make our project completely community and donation funded.
In order to cover our time and operating costs we hope to fund the project through the Coin Listing process. (Much like an exchange.)
Whereas if a Coin wants to be listed on our platform, the coin and/or their community can donate to the project to get their token listed, and once listed their entire community will be able to use the platform free of charge.

Why have you chosen this pricing model?
We feel keeping the platform free and easy to use will be beneficial to everyone because:
#1: It will encourage more E-Commerce Stores to use our platform by lowering or completely eliminating their payment processing fees, thus increasing their profits and their bottom line while also introducing them to more customers wanting to buy and pay with Crypto.
#2: It will benefit Buyers by allowing them to purchase products and services directly with their Cryptocurrencies, and by allowing stores to pass their above stated savings onto their customers, reducing the cost of goods purchased with Cryptocurrencies.
#3: It will benefit the individual Crypto Currencies themselves by offering more use cases and adoption for their coin, thus increasing the amount of people wanting to buy/hold their coins, therefore increasing the overall value of their token.

Do you believe this pricing model can work for a payment gateway?
Honestly we're not entirely sure as far as we can tell this pricing model has never been done for a payment gateway before, making this kind of uncharted waters, but we believe if we can build a strong enough community that helps spread the word about our project, we will all see the fruits of our labor.
If the project is unable to maintain itself with the free pricing model during the beta, we will consider other pricing model possibilities.




Security

Multi-level cross site validation for transactions.
CryptocurrencyCheckout.com uses multi-level cross site validation to verify and validate all incoming data passed from your website to our platform.
This feature protects you and your buyers from Man-in-the-Middle attacks where a hacker or virus could intercept and alter the information passed before it reaches our site.
This works by requiring stores to pass matching data to our platform to be validated, if the information does not match the information provided in your admin dashboard the customer will not be able to proceed with the checkout/payment process.

Information we validate:
Store Identifiers.
Wallet Addresses.
Security Tokens.

Unique Store Identifiers:
Each user will be able to create a unique store identifier when they create their connection on our platform.
This identifier is unique and cannot be duplicated exactly by any other user, your customers will use this unique identifier to identify you when they are making payment.
Since no two users can share the same identifier, it will be much harder for scammers to spoof or pretend to be you/your store to trick your customers with malicious links.
We will show your customer this identifier before every transaction so that they can visually verify that they are indeed paying the person/store that they intended to.

Visual Validation Results on all information passed:
We believe that the key to maintaining maximum trust in crypto, is to provide as much information to the buyer as possible to help them feel comfortable with their purchase.
To accomplish this we allow the buyer to see all information passed from your webstore to our site before they decide to proceed with the payment. This will include things like Order Numbers, Pricing information, Store details, and validation on all wallet addresses.

Database Filtering:
All information passed to our platform goes through a filter that monitors and removes any malicious code before it can hit our databases.

HTTPS Secure Sockets Layer (SSL):
All data and links on our site must be passed through a encrypted connection to our server.

Server Side Firewall:
Active firewall monitoring all incoming and outgoing traffic for potential threats or suspicious activity.

Bot and Script Monitoring:
Our site monitors for Bot and Script activity on our site, challenging or blocking any user producing suspicious activity.

DDOS Protection:
Active DDOS protection against multiple levels of attacks.

SQL Injection Protection:
To protect against harmful data being passed to our database.

Cross Site Request Forgery Protection:
Our site requires that all details passed on our servers contain a unique CSRF token to help protect against third parties intercepting or altering the data passed.

HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS):
is a web security policy mechanism that helps to protect websites against protocol downgrade attacks and cookie hijacking




About Us

We are developers with over 10 years of combined experience in developing for the E-commerce websites and platforms.
With experience in running and operating our own E-commerce business that has served over 30k customers world wide.

A Cryptocurrency I’ve been accepting for months has very little volume/no buyers lately:

If the Required Volume option is enabled, our platform will automatically disable the Payment Option for your buyers on that Cryptocurrency until the Buy/Sell Volume increases on Exchanges to above your set Threshold again,
making sure that you are not accepting Cryptocurrencies that are not currently in demand.

All of the Crypto Market dropped significantly in price today, and I do not want to accept any crypto until it is more stable:

If you enable the Max Price Drop Allowed feature on all of your accepted Cryptocurrencies, and the entire market goes down in price to below your maximum allowable Percentage Drop Threshold,

Absolutely, if you're coding just a very basic HTML page, you can use the HTML Individual Item Installation Scripts option in the Dashboard.

You can see we have a guide on how to do that here:

Basically it will generate you a button that you can paste onto any pretty much any HTML page.
The generated script/code looks something like this:


As you can see the values passed in for the Price, and Item and or Order ID are down in the Order Details Section. (Line 18 to Line 20.)
(Order ID being an identifier that lets you know what item or order was paid for.)

You can either have these as fixed value. (Say 29.99)
Or you can pass a variable like $OrderPrice into those "value" fields if your invoice has the back-end to adjust variables based on which customer is looking at it.


You can change the way the button looks by editing the the class (With CSS, or bootstrap) or adding styles with HTML into the Submit field at the bottom. (Line 26.)

Yeah, we try to make it as easy as we can.
You should be able to generate a payment button and then just copy and paste it into your HTML code. (after you decide where you want it placed.)
Then just do a little testing to make sure everything works alright and you're golden.

Well I think our platform has many benefits/features that other platforms do not.
A Couple that come to mind:



More Decentralized - Less Third Party Risk:
Our platform gives our users the freedom to use their own personal wallets: Such as Hardware Wallets like a Trezor or Ledger, Desktop Wallets like Electrum or Exodus, or even their mobile wallets if they so choose.
Since when you are using our Platform there is never any third party in control of any of your coins at any point, there is none of the third party risk typically involved with virtually every other Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway out there.

Not saying that services like CoinPayments, Bitpay or the like are highly likely to exit scam or get hacked one day, but it has proven time and time again in crypto that the risk always exists no matter how large or reliable the company behind it has been.



More Secure between sites - Multi-Level Validation:
When your Store or Website passes order details to our platform, our platform validates all the store and wallet information passed from your website, and cross references it with our database.
If these details do not match exactly in every direction, the validator will warn the customer and prevent payment from continuing.

So what are the security benefits of this?

Let's say your customer has a malicious virus on their computer, or has been hacked in some way that allows the hacker to inject malicious information (such as different wallet addresses) into the POST request you are making to our platform.
Our platform will see the changes, warn the customer and prevent payment from being made.

Another example would be if your Store or Website got hacked, and the hacker attempted to change the wallet addresses that your website passes to our platform.
Again, the information would not match our side, and the validation process would warn the customer and prevent payment from happening.

Or even in the case that your account on our Platform got hacked into, and the hacker changes the wallet addresses inside your dashboard on our platform.
Exactly the same, the information on your website would not match the information on our platform, and the Validator would warn the customer and prevent payment from being made.

Think of it like Two Factor Authentication, but for the information passed between our websites.



Market Volatility Protection Tools - Less Volatility Risk
Another feature that I think is unique to our platform is our Market Volatility Protection Tools.
When enabled these tools simply work by monitoring market conditions in real time and watching for large drops in price (or small if you prefer), and the volume across multiple exchanges.

Simply put if a coin appears to be crashing in price for some reason, our platform will automatically detect this and disable this payment method for your customers.

Or say something happens to a coin that people stop buying it for some reason causing the daily exchange volume to decrease significantly.
Our platform will automatically disable this payment option until volume returns, preventing you from ending up with coins that could be very difficult to sell/get rid of.

We feel this feature will make you feel more comfortable accepting cryptocurrencies that you might not monitor often or know much about.
Accepting more Cryptocurrencies will introduce your store to a larger number of customers.


Free for Stores and Customers - No Fees
We currently have zero intention of charging any Stores or their Customers any fees to use our service in the future.
Which is not something that any of our competitors offer currently.

It could perhaps be considered a similar project, with a similar purpose in mind; Make it easier for people to accept Crypto.
However, differences that come to mind would be that mycryptocheckout currently only offers integration into one store platform, which is with their WordPress/WooCommerce Plugins.

Whereas CryptocurrencyCheckout currently integrates into over a dozen platforms.
Such as Shopify Stores, Bigcommerce Stores, WHMCS for Web hosting providers, HTML5 for virtually any modifiable website, as well as Wordpress WooCommerce Stores, and an integration for Twitch.tv Streamers, plus donation integrations for several social sites.

And we are also working on an invoicing system to help people that might not have a website to start accepting Cryptocurrency for their Products or Services by letting them create a crypto payment invoice that they can send to virtually anybody.
