As I have read noone exactly can answer this question as there are 2 opposite opinions on it. Btw I think the opinion that mining is worthless is more popular than the opposite opinion.

The account you mentioned already got negative trust by 2 DT members. So, I think it is not necessary to  post.

Yep, he probably sold those merits or the members he gave them to are his alts. 

It's not likely the recipients are going to get tagged, though, unless a DT member strongly believes what I said above--but there's no concrete evidence (so far) of merit selling or that those are all alt accounts.  If anyone can provide proof that the accounts are connected or that the merits were sold, I'd be happy to tag them all.

The good news is that Beachguy doesn't have unlimited sMerits, so the problem is self-limiting.
