I think the issue about that the OP wants to raise is to have a better quality to the healthcare system.
If that's the issue they want to raise, they've done a poor job of it. It seems to me the issue is that the OP can't get over the fact that life isn't fair and wants to take it out on the hospital, not realising (or perhaps just not caring) that imposing costs on hospitals for events beyond their control can only
reduce the quality of the healthcare provided (or increase the cost of healthcare, which amounts to the same thing in the end). Hospitals have limited resources; they literally can't afford to simply
give away treatments out of some misguided sense of "fairness". If they did, they'd have fewer resources to treat people who really need it, and those people would die. Is that what the OP wants?
