I have contacted yobit support sinice July 2018, for the phone I lost and I don't have backup key for google authenticator, I submitted ticket to Yobit support by the time I was still logged in and answered the ticket for the information the support was asking, after that, 3 months, no answers. I created a 2nd account and ask the supported by no luck. Anyone have any idea how to get the support?
