How to trade an altcoin that airdrops holders in bear markets?

SwiftCash is the altcoin I'm talking about. This altcoin airdrops holders in bear markets beside the Proof-of-Stake rewards for either mining/staking and/or running a masternode also known as swiftnode. The rewards may not fully compensate the losses if price dumps, but selling at the top and buying at the bottom is almost next to impossible. So the question is how would you trade this altcoin?
