Do you know different between human and bots ? And really did you research why are merit system implemented ? I don't think so. A computer work faster more than a human, but computer should be operate by a human. So how a bot will consider which post is deserve merit ? I have doubts about your account, really are you bot or human ? Because everywhere you are suggesting for bots.

For meriting on a post you need to confirm that it's really worth of merit or not. For consider it obviously you have to use your brain. A bot have no brain. So there is no chance implement merit bot.

I think you should not post about merit system until you haven't  earned enough.

The forum does not have an anti spam bot. The mods and admins to around and delete spam comments and also trash useless threads in the forum.
They are also aided by members who can flag a post by reporting it and they take action (they are pretty efficient for you to think they're bots)

That's also how the merit works, members and selected source go around and look for worthy and educative posts.
I've seen bots do lots of things but designing such an EA would be very tasking.
If you think your posts don't get noticed, then consider venturing to other boards and fully exploring the forum.

Your offer is impossible to implement. If you assume this, then most likely you think that there are some objective, well-established criteria by which you can distinguish high-quality post. But it`s not. Merit is an absolutely subjective assessment. There`re no conditional arrangements among the participants about whom and for what to give merits. Even merit-sources act at their discretion. Therefore, this estimate remains unpredictable. How do you propose to enter such unforeseen data into a computer and create a program? It just won`t be able to calculate all possible situations where a post can be regarded as constructive and useful.

We already have bots who post for merit, copy-pasting content from internet and spin it trough article snipers, those a almost impossible to proof but easy to detect for a human. I'm not really sure that a bot/AI could be a good idea for those posts.

The quality content is so subjective matter that is impossible to create something like this and it's not needed, it's fine like this and it's getting better.

You are suggesting a bot for checking plagiarism or a bot for merit or both?

There is a reason why merit sources were selected to be humans and not bots in the first place. Subjectivity in what is merit worthy and what is not is what  is important in determining whether a person is worthy of a higher rank or not. Thats what merit is for - to allow people to rank up. But a bot in its place would not understand what is a good post and whats not because it lacks the higher functions of the human brain - logic, reasoning and judgement.

Antispam is all we can do, from there we need massive advancements in AI to help with NLP and sentiment analysis
