Doing investment based on our emotions is not really healthy at all. For instance, i have a friend that invested more on a certain crypto that went on a pump because he got excited to see how the price ballooned so big. But about a week later, the price has dropped so deep that it frustrates him very much.

everyone know that if we leave our emotions trading will become better but it is not easier than said we have to first start making profits then only we can control or emotions

I totally agree with you. The problem is that many players do not have a clear plan. They have no strategy. We have to set certain prices at which we will be ready to sell our coins. We never guess the price top and this often plays a cruel joke with us. Head should be cold. This year has taught us a lot. We must draw the right conclusions.

Emotions as we all know control the market greatly, there is no way it can be entirely put aside.
