What are general ordering problems of marketplace?
1)moderation speed (products need to be imported in marketplace)
2) large amount of item categories which make moderation more difficult

5) creation and formation of xml, yml files for marketplace
6) going through verification on marketplace
7) fake orders – negative balance – items disappear from search results
order returns – customers forgot to claim their package, did not want to receive it/refused to pay
9) rating system – difficult to keep the top grade because a rating is very general and that is why not too informative. Making 3 separate scales: speed of
processing/sending of the parcel; communication/ friendliness/professionalism of the seller; items quality – would be much more convenient and understandable for buyers and one aspect would not influence total rating as much (rating categories can
be different, this is just for example)
