It depends on your time-management and character. Trading is very stressful and you should keep your emotions. If you trade whole day, it's really unhealthy. But if you have certain timetable, it can be a perfect hobby!
Right, the key is at your time management. trading is full of calculations and it will use up a lot of your energy and thought for analysis. especially if the market conditions outside the estimates and your calculations are certainly very stressful. if you trade whole day without rest, of course it's very unhealty
Well I don’t consider this trading as unhealthy activity. Also, it isn’t a healthy one too but that depends on every single individual who wants to get in this world. When you are willing to join this platform, you must digest things. The basic rules of selling and buying and patience holding and market trends and chart readings and much more. So, gear up but equip yourself first.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

If you are noob and stupid for sure you will become unhealthy lol

There are lots of things that might protect your eyes from the exposure in gadgets

And about the health, you can eat healthy foods, get some exercise and stay fit

Focus on trading, but never forget about yourself, because your body and mind is the capital in trading and not just the money

Have you ever wondered that trading can be bad for your health?

The first problem you can have is - eyes problems. Spending more time in front of your computer can be harmful to your eyes.
The second - stress. Stress can cause many problems from high blood pressure to depression.

Here is my story...

This summer I went to a doctor with some health problems - I had an awful headache. Just to make picture clear - my headache was with me for 15-20 hours per day. So we did some tests showed that I had extremely high blood pressure.
“That’s odd” - I thought. I eat healthy food and I do sports.

I was confused. But the doctor said that it can happen because of stress. So I went to a psychologist to deal with this issue. We were talking about my life and interests. And I told her I trade… I believe I don’t need to continue this story lol

Since I trade a lot (I do. I could even tell this is an addiction). The doctor suggested me not to trade for about a week. That was impossible for me, but I tried. It was hard. It was more than hard. But in a couple of weeks, my headache disappeared.

I still trade but not as much as I used to. Now I practice blockchain games because it’s less stressful. Do I feel myself better? Yes. In July it was so painful so I thought that I will die. Now I don’t feel pain at all.

Conclusion:

I know it’s all individual. Some people trade days and night and they feel pretty good. I just told you my story with my experience. I don’t pursue anyone to stop trading. It’s just important for me to warn some people who can have the same problems.

there is a healthy trading side and there are also those that are not healthy, healthy conditions when the price of the cryptocurrency falls surely you will panic and surely your heart rate will increase and make your heart beat fast that slightly healthy you.

That's really a bad way to trade and it's funny enough most traders don't have emotional control and they will just jump into trading. Like it's been said trading is patience.

Trading is not a stupid thing it is also one of the profitable way to get some more income but many people misuse trading and don't know how to trace that's why they are saying reading will not be a good and it will be healthy but I am not saying it.

Trading is unhealthy especially when you put negative emotions into it.  If you have learned on how to trade I think the only thing that will mostly concerned you is how to minimize you lose and maximize your profits.  Why many are having very serious time and sleepless nights about trading is that they did not know how trade work and because of this panic do set in which in turn create unhealthy situations that affect their bp.

That's why I do say to myself: crypto trading is for the real men that can handle physical, mental and emotional pressure. It is better to know one's health status before, during and after trading and adjust trading schedules accordingly. I agree with your point. In fact things (health) can get worse if no profit is coming. Another alternative is to go long-term investment.
The psychological effects of trading are underrated, I remember that I was trading some time ago and suddenly some bitcoin was missing of my wallet and my stress levels increased immediately and I was very tense for about half an hour until I realized what was happening, fortunately for me I was not hacked or anything it was just a confusion on my part but this is an example of how trading can be incredibly stressful and there is research showing that high levels of stress for a long time can damage the body.

But since the rewards are so good and the potential profits so huge there are not many people that want to leave trading because they know there is not an activity where they can make as much money as in trading.

Ttading is actually not unhealthy. It becomes unhealthy when we couldn't deal with it. We should know how to handle the changes that it might cause us. Patience and deeper knowledge about it is needed for us to get rid of the stress that it may cause us.

Firstly it is unhealthy because it extremely stressful, sometimes stress does more harm to our health than physical injuries.

It is up to the trader, to mùake trading healthy for him, or unhealthy. If the trader takes the biggest risks without real knowledge and experience, and just with emotions, it will be surely unhealthy because he will lose so many trades, and his hard earned money.

From my point of view, trading is not unhealthy it all about depends on the person. If you are not disciplined and have no routine of working then it is quite stressful for you Trading is unhealthy when people do this all day long without taking any short break. So in trading business person should be punctual and disciplined.

I believe it really depends on a person. for some people as me it's can me really damaging

Yes, we know that there are millions of people, who suffer from depression and other serious diseases of their nervous system. If these people have some losses in trading, they feel really awful. The crypto is not for these men.

Trading is unhealthy as any other stressful job, not more, not less.
You have to find  work-life balance and  have time for physical activities and to sleep and rest enough.
I know it is difficult  as crypto never  sleeps and a trader does not want to miss any opportunity.

trading can be said to be unhealthy because with you trading you will not have time to rest and you will always be plenty to sit down not exercise so that it will make your body unhealthy.

Trading is unhealthy if many traders will hold their coins to wait for a right timing. Well, we probably do that because we want higher profit. But there's the law of supply and demand which also governs crypto.

I'm glad your health is fine now. Yes, the work of a trader is nervous and it is a bad influence on the psychological state of a person. Eye problems and headaches can occur in any person who spends a lot of time on a laptop.
In order for you as a trader to experience a lesser psychological burden, in my opinion, you needs to work on a previously drawn up plan. In the plan, you need to designate the purchase price and sale price (there will be two such prices: stop loss and take profit). Compliance with the plan helps a lot to normalize your psychological state.

Thanks for your important share. It is true that that trading is unhealthy. Can not sleep at the right time to trade. There is no time for eating. This topic always spins around the head. But when you succeed, you will forget all the troubles .

trade is not healthy because they are too careless and easily panic in trading. whether or not the trade is healthy depends on ourselves how we respond to market conditions and process our coins in order to get profits, not even losses.

All kind of tradings gives you stress because it involves your hard earned money. Frequent stress can damage your health so it better to take precations before you start to trade. The fear of losing is one of the major reasons of stress so all you have to do is to set aside extra money that you are not afraid to lose. If you are still a newbie, your fear will be greater than the experienced ones so it better to practice tradings first and gain experience.
