Health is a key component of human life. We live in a world where a lot of diseases and infections have become common to us. "One's health is one wealth," a popular adage seems to explained or highlight the importance of health to an individual. With this overview of health, do you think it is worth reading health articles each day.

Nope. Most are clickbait and useless.

Scientific studies are way more interesting when it comes to health sciences.

Usually anything you find in the MSM articles on health is something obvious, clickbaity and generally stupid. It's quite easy actually to keep your health in good shape, people is rather lazy to do it. So don't read all this useless stuff. It's just making you distracted.

Depends on the source. If they back up their claims with verified studies then it might be worth considering/implementing but it's never a good idea to make something you read online your religion.

Where do you get your health articles from? Because a lot of health articles nowadays that I see on my feed are just articles full of fluff. No essence. Just a bunch of words. Check your source before believing anything. And, of course, fact check.

Every day, read articles about health is not necessary. This simply does not make sense.
You just need to monitor your health always, so that it becomes a principle on a subconscious level.
Killing 2 hours every day to read an article about what to eat is stupid.

Not really. The occasional news that appears on my newsfeed is ok. Reading too much on it... sometimes it just makes me paranoid if I am sick or unhealthy.
