they do hacking bank accounts using malwares and botnet.
then use localbitcoin to post ads and send to users hacked funds . after users of localbitcoin
see the money in bank ( hacker send hacked bank accounts funds its real funds ) but after the victim of the hacker realise money gone from his bank and call his bank bank then return the money and then start shasing after the hacjer and sure they woll catch the owner if localbitcoin account
its a serious crime hacking and money laundery its 25years in prison or life in prison depend on the country the funds stolen from
so think about if you can risk all that for few bucks and deal with those scammers.
