Firstly looks like trend has changed from icos to ieos and from famous person as advisor it has changed to big or multimillion dollar company backing or supporting the project either as partners or as seed funders, this trend is gaining moment because investors have become more careful and want to invest in big and legit projects only.

Too late we're on the IEO era now, I just want also to correct you. It's not just about the model and the team of the project the most important thing is the solution of the project to the problem and how they will solve it through their project. There are new developers or team and no experience but they can build a project which can be used today and in the future.
I do not like investing in icos but if anyone is going to do it, the first question they should ask themselves is what problem is being solved by the coin in question, if the developers cannot answer that question then everything else does not matter, even if a coin has popularity and many people behind it you can be sure the coin will eventually crash, and while you may be wiling to take such risks I am not willing to invest my money and then become a bag holder unable to sell my coins because no one wants them anymore.
