As mentioned earlier in the thread we didn't want to include any rules about BitcoinTalk account creation date, we were pushing the competition on other channels and wanted people from Twitter or our blog to be able to sign up and join in. It was just a fun event to reward the community for your support over the years and we didn't want to get too bogged down with gatekeeping

You see the results yourself. Most of the winners are Alt - accounts. Therefore, there were few participants, although the prizes are good. You had better hire a Manager, then the competition would have been more fun and the participants would have been many times more.
