Yes, the 550s are really the big target with the L option.  It has the largest improvement on 8CU and 10CU cards.

Yeah, those little lexas are quite impressive
You should be able to run L3+3 on 2GB cards.  We've also seen L4+3 work reliably for linux.  On windows L4+3 occasionally works, but usually ends up crashing

Unfortunately we do not plan to support older GPU architectures.
The oldest GPUs that we could currently support are Fiji and Tonga, although Tonga will take some more work, and the existing Fiji support in the miner is not well tuned.

Well that's really strange.  This is the first time I've seen L3+3 have lower perf than L2+3.
I take it you've had bad results with L4+3 as well?
That said, your results with L2+3 of 560h/s were pretty damn good already.

Edit: Just to double check, but do you have compute mode enabled on all those cards?

This is where it gets a little tricky, it depends on how your rig(s) behave on a dead gpu. When I push my Vega 64 on my workstation too hard to test clocks etc I get such a hard hang that I need to cycle the PCIe root hub just to get a prompt back in order to reboot, the gpu looks ok but it's dead. Never had such a hard hang on any other setup. For my Polaris cards on the same workstation, the driver handles the reset just fine by itself and I can just do a simple restart of the miner after setting clocks. So, if I were to handle this with 100% success on this specific workstation with a single script, I would need the hard reset+reboot version.

For the simple use case of a gpu drop that the driver recovers from, I would use two bat files, one that starts the miner with your normal args, then a watchdog restart script with a delay. When the watchdog script is fired, the miner will always shut down as well.

Are you using the --broken_rpc command? What is your launch line?

Hi! I have a following problem with trm 0.3.8 and 0.3.7 and my rx 552. GPU0-2 are saphire rx550 2gb baffin with elpida 1180/1900. GPU3 is gigabyte rx550 2gb with hynix 1200/2000. Windows 8.1 with 18.3.4 driver. They working stable with srb on this clocks. But on trm i have following...

We do have a few theories but need to do a separate project to sort it out. It is surprising really. We focused on the lexas this time though, 575 h/s for a 550 2GB is very impressive .

What an interesting issue, not too often you get these deterministic ones that can be repeated easily! I'm trying to think of something in the miner that would be triggered after 15 mins, but there is nothing that I can think of really. I don't think this has anything to do with clocks etc, this is something else. Do you have any power management features activated in Windows? Anything that happens after 15 mins? SRB could be better than us controlling things from within the miner.
