I am not in a position to judge you nor any of the members in the list you provided, but I think it would be better to provide proofs or links to threads that may prove those members are spammers.
I'm not in a position as well, I'm just saying that in my opinion they should be banned or all their posts should be deleted, in the end the final decision is by mods.
If you're posting this so the mods can ban them, I think it's better to make each username clickable instead of putting them inside the "code" tag.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing that it is going to be hard to see their profiles, however if I put it in a list, of clickable links then the post is gonna be really long.

In the end I decided to make them clickable as it will be easier for people to report them/check their posts. However, it's really helpful that you collected the links of the users, have some merit for that. Gonna edit it now.
Going through the list also noticed that some of the accounts have similar user ids, which is a good indicator that they were created in batches.
