Hello i'm newbie.
When i make mission of campaign . I saw signature but i just newbie so i can't take it.
I saw if you'd like update ranking you must to merit.
How to update merit?

You need a minimum of 30 activities
And a minimum of 1 merit
To become a junior member

So you'll be able to fulfil your so called honorable mission of signature campaign

But to do that, you must prove deserving to earn one(merit)
And to prove that,you must fix your English,not every merit source would have the patience I had trying to get your point

There are literally hundreds of posts on the topic, but to summarize it yet again, you need to create content that is interesting to someone else in some way (and be lucky enough to be spotted by someone who has sMerits and wants to reward your post). You need to invest time and effort into such posts, and not limit it to one decent post, but turn it into a recurring habit. What will never get you merit is simply by reporting socials through posts as you posting history now shows.

Everyone who wants to rank-up needs to racket their brains a bit, and come up with some decent content that surpasses the one-liner generic response. More than specifying how to get merit, which is totally subjective, it is likely better indication to have some draft guidelines on how one will never be merited:

-   By adding nothing of value to the conversation.
-   By copy/[spin]/pasting content from another site or post.
-   By concentrating solely or even largely on campaigns and social reporting.
-   By having a dreadful posting history (it is often looked at).
-   By posting is spam-megathreads.
-   Etc.

Well merit is not updated, gifted begged for but earned. Yes the new ranking system has required one merit and 30 activities to become a junior member to cut down on the activities of spam bounties posters. So now as the system as changed its advisable you do as well. Start now and become more constructive in your post and reply.  Gone are those days you just make post just to make up your bounty commitment to attain merit you have to work for it.
Make sure before for you drop anything here it has been well thought through.

The merit will be given by random forum members to your valuable posts. Then you have to make valuable posts on here. Try to be a loyal member on here. Answer the questions with your knowledge on here, participate in good discussions on here etc. You have to understand, the merit is not an automatic system. There are tons of posts, guidelines, and crap also about merit. A Google Search would give you a lot of information
But I would advise you drop your bounty ambition for a while and join the forum to learn, contribute and help out others.

No need to update merit but your  knowledge and your rank if you want to add signature. You can update your rank if you are able to receive merit from other member in this forum. Check your local board and check the users that received lots of merits from their constructive posts that can help you.

How to acquire merit? You must be thanked by somebody for your post. How to be thanked? Be useful to somebody, help somebody, write a guide etc.

You can only update your merit by making good post and you can try to purchase the copper membership if you are interested you would have the benefit of wearing a signature but I would advice you also learn how to be productive

Yes, merit is not to be updated but it should be acquired after doing something good to others that could be merited. This is one way of acquiring merit. But, for now it seem so hard to acquire merit unless you reached to a certain level of expectations to the merit source.

I guess there is a protocol on giving merit and for sure it composed of the time or the days you were here in the forum (not really sure for this) and the number of your activity though it is not stated in this forum. It is a discretion of a merit source in giving merit. But, it will not only matter on this for it is in the uniqueness of the posts they consider to award merits.
