It's supposed to me tomorrow on Nov 5 but what time I cant find any info.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure, but it's not about the ETF decision tomorrow. The last day of the submission of the paperwork for the projects that it decided to refuse tomorrow. I know the decision about the ETF will be announced later. But I'm not so sure as I said before.
