I don't really understand why people need your platform? All the problems that you mentioned in this thread are correlated with regular start-ups, not crypto. For crypto start-ups we have Ethereum and only the project team can decide what to do with raised funds. So what problem are you trying to solve? A non-existent? Ethereum network itself is well fitted to do the same what you offer.
