Of course it is risky and I do not advise anyone to do it. To find a promising altcoin outside the top 100 you need to have a team of analysts who will study the project for a while and even in this case you will not get any guarantees of success. Among the top 30 quite excellent altcoins.

you need to have different coins in your crypto portfolio. And including coins from the top 100, as well as those that are at the end of the rating... sometimes it can be the most promising investment!

because the coins in the top 100 CMC are good coins and have good abilities.
A good Altcoin that can move to its peak even though it's slow.
a big potential coin is Altcoin which can affect its movement because if the market goes up, it will rise high and prove that it is a great Altcoin.

I think it is very risky, but all are very risky in the crypto world and have entered the market even though it is already on the top 100 list and carried on the Coinmarkercap we have to take advantage in assessing the market.

It is very risks once choose to buy not top 100 alts, their is a big risks since in crypto market we might lose and can earn. So let us always search the best crypto to invest and do not rely from others.

You can make great ROI, the problem is the volume/liquidity, sometimes it will be hard to 'get out of it' (sell back to bTC).

it's simple, more risk=more rewards.

I personally have a nice return on that not 100 coinmarketcap, but yeah you know. Find the "one" crypto that you wish will go to the moon was hard enough..

I rarely buy coins not from the first hundred list. I believe that it is not worth the risk to buy coins that are located outside the top 100 list.
However, sometimes it is still worth taking the risk and investing money in a new and very promising project at the ICO or IEO stage. But I do it only after a full study of the project and 100% confidence in it.

Among the altcoins that are not the top 100 Coincoincap, of course there are those who are at risk and we do not know exactly which is the most risky among them, I prefer popular altcoin investments, maybe not too risky if the altcoin has price developments every day.

Every coin has its own advantages so there is no guarantee that investment will always be profitable, the top 100 Altcoin does look better, but it's better not to take risks if you want to buy coins that have clear qualities such as ETH, EOS and XRP which are very good growth.
All choices depend on you and analysis before buying.

The risk of course a little higher than to keep the top coins , but I think with proper consideration of their risks can be very good to earn , the main thing is not to invest more than 5%

I have not gone below investing into cryptocurrencies that are below the first 50 on coinmarketcap. It's best to stick with the major cryptocurrencies other than those numerous altcoins that have infiltrated the cryptosphere. most of them are worthless in the end.

Definitely I buy coins that are below the top 100 on the coinmarketcap. Although they are risky but you should know the higher the risk the higher the reward. The main reason why I invest in them is because they have the potential to increase way higher than the coins in the top 100. They can easily give you ROI of x100 when the top ones will manged to give you ROI of x30. I research them well and invest in the ones that are feel are very promising amongst them.

There are a lot of type of trader. And i am one that same with you. I not really want to take bigger risk with new tokens or altcoin that not really good in coinmarketcap. Even out there people said that profit that we get can be bigger, i not too attracted with it.

I bought altcoins several times which were in under 100 coinmarketcap, but before deciding on a coin of my choice, I did a lot of analysis to avoid the losses that would occur.

For me the scope of choices have definitely changed, unless you found some insider news that a coin is certainly going to explode then go for it, the profit for a bulling market even in the top 100 coins is going flacuate so much as they are definitely running lows after the market crashes. I only buy a few with no more 0.5 BTC, that's sort like gamble for me

Of course high risk, but will come with very high profits. Depending on your level of risk tolerance, you should think about whether to buy altcoin top 100.
But according to my advice, you should buy the altcoin top 20. Their capitalization is large and hard to make a strong price in one or several hours.
