I know that I am not a trusted member so I wont ask anyone to go first. I will send it first, but only to trusted members.
I have no problems telling you where the money is coming from, I can even send prove the transactions. Just ask me about it

If you take it all at once I am willing to overpay 10%. Otherwise I will overpay 5%.
I will send it as friends and family.

I don't think anyone would deal with newbie with such rate
Sending first won't prevent you from charging back the fund
That's why there's always a high fee on Paypal
