Crypto Forum and Market - Looking for a few active people

We are in the brainstorming phase of creating a community that will be a vbulletin forum and marketplace and I need a couple of people to get this project started.  I have already purchased the domain and the vbulletin license and I am currently in the process of finding another DEV to help me with the workload of putting my plan in action.

I am looking for 1 person to help admin the site and 2 or 3 people to help moderate the site and to help market the website.

Users on the website will earn site points for referring users and for posting or they can purchase these points with BTC or Altcoins and users can post items in the marketplace that can be purchased with these points.  We will also allow users to cash out points for BTC and the site will make a small percentage for every transaction.

The collected fees will be split between DEV/ADMINS/MODS and used for contest prizes. A system will be put in place for full transparency as for we are building this for the community and creating a safe place to trade and not to get rich.

We are getting closer to launching.. market has been installed and is currently being customized to take bitcoing, litecoin and dogecoin.

We are also coding a  escrow system into the site so users can buy used items with confidence.

We are still looking for a community admin to run the forum.   At this point in time its hard to say what we can pay but I am sure it will be worth your while.
