This is the first time I have heard about Binance, I don't know much about it. Normally, I choose Coinbase for buying and trading cryptos. This site is really famous and trustworthy to use.

So i have bought eth in value of 25$ on cex.io and when i transfered it to binance i got  21.5 dolar. That is 3.5$ i paid for fees and transfering.
Is it normal to pay that much because its 14%loss
So is there any better way to do it?
Thanks for help

Btw i dont buy at coinbase because i have debit card and i dont know why it doesnt work on coinbase

That's way too much. From cex.io's fees, you should have ended up with around $24 worth of ETH after fees with a debit card. Your transfer somehow cost you ~$2.50. Maybe look into other exchanges? You might be disappointed though, as there are very few exchanges that accept credit/debit card payments for crypto purchases (Coinbase doesn't accept it for all regions IIRC).

Trezor is a good one but I don't use it.

Ledger Nano S does have all of those coins except cardano --> https://support.ledgerwallet.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005304449-Supported-crypto-assets

While Trezor --> https://trezor.io/coins/ doesn't support Neo

You can choose any of them and just download the other coins wallet (neo/cardano).

In terms of security, it is now better to buy on exchangers such as coinexchange. But the choice is always by you.

You can buy using CoinSwitch exchange - https://coinswitch.co/app/exchange?from=usd&to=btc

They aggregate multiple exchanges so you will also get to know which exchange is giving best rates for buying and also for trading. I won't comment if they are the best or not, I mean when you buy from them you would know it yourself if they are good or not.

Meanwhile you can buy 202 coins directly using your credit card using CoinSwitch Exchange.
