this is such a broad question that can not be answered. you first have to explain what kind of platform you are looking for and what you want to do in it.
for example for each of these categories you mentioned here there are different purposes. for instance a developer who wants to create a shitcoin and pump it needs a different platform and has to do a different thing compared to a developer who wants to innovate and create an actually good cryptocurrency.

Content is King, If you have good content then all Social media outlet can help you. I have seen lots of content on different platforms, most of them are trash. Those with original and good content are hard to found now days.

If you want to start then the best place will be Reddit as you easily find like minded users there. If your content is good they will appreciate and help you more.

The scope of the question is really big and can't be answered completely with the scope of this thread. However, I have been using few social media platforms since a long time now and I found Facebook, Twitter and specially Linkedin are more influential on cryptos! Facebook and twitter are used for general marketing of cryptos while Linkedin is used by the business owners in crypto space to get more visibility and business orders!

For content creators, I see Medium is especially good but Medium has some kind of strict policy towards cryptcurrencies and a lot of people have got their account banned in Medium for violating such policies! For content also, I found Linkedin is good enough to showcase your skills! hope this helps!

I prefer Facebook as in that site, and they have large members from all country and Facebook now become a big social media industry. But besides Facebook, maybe you can take a look at Instagram as I see they have a chance to be the next bigger social media industry like Facebook. I am sure that with a big members community of that social media, you can attract more customer and of course, more investor to invest in the projects. You must think out of the box and don't use the usual media like another project if you want your project to reach more audience, so they want to know more about your project.

I'll second the one who has mentioned Reddit. If you are looking for like-minded persons, you will find the exact group on a particular subreddit page you will be posting. The interaction is healthy between each members as they are pretty open and helpful to the community. Telegram may be the most used platform for cryptocurrency projects, but it is not necessarily the best outlet. You cannot really publish an article on telegram and it remains to easily be read by everyone. Telegram is just a chat app. The messages you post today will move far behind after few days. That is why it is not the best. I honestly will give it to Medium. Articles on medium stays almost forever. You can even get a link to such articles when you use Google search engine for a particular crypto project published in a medium blog.

I think the best place are here on BitcoinTalk, everyone who are into crypto know this platform and most use it also, Reddit are very good also. Twitter for a fast update, then comes FaceBook. I like to dive into different coins on Discord you can find some really good community in there, with many interesting rooms, Telegram chat are just one long chat, like the chat rooms in the 1990's so I use that as little as possible, but its good if you want a fast answer from a coin support.

Lately , crypto related contents are being restricted and removed from facebook  .
