What if soft cap will not be reached?

Eth will be refunded. This makes me so nervous though as I don't know if that contract is legally binding or if they could just change it on the fly.

If not reach the minimum CAP. They will try to push their money to buy that tokens to gain soft cap and will deceive people to take that money. There are many projects that do this because they do not want to miss that amount

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I think that, it's better to build a product ecosystem, not just a product

Well, they are not just selling phones,
they have a marketplace, iTunes, client service and it all works only with their quite large product line

Well, it seems to me, almost all projects that not related to transactions feed fish at the bottom of the crypto lake

They have a product ecosystem (Gshare, GGold, Esport, user profile, publisher account, etc.), and many internal items in more than 500 games can be paid for by their MGO
