I don't think this is the best time to invest in ICO. Projects do not fulfill their conditions. You buy project tokens for $ 1 and when they enter the market they cost $ 0.001. Now opened a direct opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency. You can choose the best projects to invest there and hope to grow the market.

Last year's december is full of surprises, it is all positive, the market is bullish and yes that is the year of profit. And now, the market is bearish, still no sign of progress, I guess with positivity, we can conclude it is the year of investments so buy more in 2018.

I am also of the same opinion that 2018 is the year of investment rather then profit making as bearish trend is going from long and still it is not over and all coins are available very cheap. Maybe 2019 comes with some good news for all crypto investors and this bearish trend with change.
