Here is also another assumption. Satoshi(the one that created Bitcoin) was inspired by Dorian. Lets, for arguments sake, say that Satoshi(not Dorian) worked with Dorian Nakamoto at some point in time and shared Dorian's concern about governments. Later he adopted the name.

Sorry, it's just too much of a coincidence about many of Dorian's facts with Satoshi(not only the name, government work, the game he played with his children). It's either two different people(that know each other) or Dorian is one hell of a performer and is the real Satoshi.

the reddit poster posted "an ad" -- (one arbitary job ad) from
some company Dorian used to work for... and in that ad,
it says candidates should be familiar with cryptography.

It doesn't mean it was the same job Dorian had, or even
similar,and even if it was, it just says they have to know
about some NSA standards, there's no "link" to the NSA.
