May I ask how development will be funded?
There is no premine and I don't see any info about dev fee.
self funded through my personal funds. I have a solid amount of disposable income set aside for this. Ummm, interesting. Forgive me my nosiness, but there must be some kind of financial benefit for you if it's not ICO, dev fee or premine. A year from now, will you still be interested in working on this project? And if so, why? |

Once the smart contract loan protocol is complete, it will extract a fee to support the system, but the traditional blockchain for initial coin distribution will always be 100% fair launch and self funded. |

Pool testing will begin early monday morning, however this will not affect the blockchain. Everything will be reset for the official launch later in the day. Looks like we should have good miner numbers.

We ran pool tests this morning and have to adjust the launch schedule. We are changing from 2pm to 9pm. Essentially this is because in order to generate a block template for the pools to work, we have to have an active masternode. Since this is a no pre-mine coin, that is not an option for us. Stratums will not be usable until we see the first masternode. This means that everyone will be solo mining for the first 9 hours through the wallet via cpu. Once someone (or us) mines enough currency for a masternode, the MinerMore pool will come online. The new time is later so that our pool operator doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night to initialize the pool. See you all at 9pm EST!

i wouldn't mine anything that offered zero rewards... but don't these things usually zip through.. because difficulty will need time to re-adjust so there's be no blocks for about (PUT A NUMBER HERE) days; If nobody mines it. |

i wouldn't mine anything that offered zero rewards... but don't these things usually zip through.. because difficulty will need time to re-adjust so there's be no blocks for about (PUT A NUMBER HERE) days; If nobody mines it. yes, essentially it's dead time, but it will go quickly. No need to waste energy mining it. The reason we aren't just premining through the blocks is for transparency. |
