For gaming the best VPN is VyprVPN and it has 700 servers and almost 0 packet loss, always less than 1 ms TTL time so it is quite good. I don't know if this can be used for mining, but I believe it can be used for everything even mining, they use the same protocols to connect to a server , no matter if the server is for gaming or for mining. Ipvanish is the best vpn for now for me with less ping and premium socks5 IPs which is more anonymous compared to use a public or any proxy.

But this is not a free VPN you need to pay for monthly bill.
Other VPN with trial you can use F-secure Freedome VPN with trial I think there are some coupon code free that you can use to increase your trial to 30 days.

I mean if you are looking for something free. You can get the cracked version of Hotspot shield from the web. But if you have the budget to afford a better VPN then just like Ljunior mentioned. You could try Nord VPN. I myself didn't try it for mining, but it should work as they got a lot of servers in many countries. Of course, you should expect a slight drop in speed, but that's normal.
