Hello guys. I’m working at a crypto lending project. Today I would like to ask you for some help.

We launched our Earnings product (or stablecoin deposits if you’d like) a few weeks ago. Still this feature is not as popular as our loans feature. Right now we struggle to realise what are the reasons for it and/or what should be changed. It would be great if you could share with us your feedback regarding this matter and shoot over anything you’ve got on your mind, let it be inconvenient terms or something else. Maybe there is something that should be changed in the first place?

These are the terms we currently implemented:

1) APY is 6%
2) Partial of full withdrawal is available anytime
3) No KYC or any personal data is collected
4) Reward tracking system could be accessed directly from your dashboard
5) All the rewards unlock after 3 months which means it could not be withdrawn before and disappears if a client decides to close the deposit earlier
6) Estimated interest updates on a daily basis
7) Accumulated interest amount updates for withdrawal on a monthly basis
8 ) We accept only USDT/USDC deposits for now

First of all, wish you luck with the project you are developing.
It's not an easy thing to be able to compete with other lending platforms that are quite stable and popular, what you can do is, of course, should be to promote in well-known media, including in this forum, your project must have sufficient funds to continue advertising.

Lack of promotion about the particular new features could be the reason if your project is already popular bit the new feature isn't get enough traffic as you wish or the similar kind of features available on other platforms so you have more competition for the same amount of customers existing in this space.

Just get into marketing.

Hire someone who's experienced in marketing crypto projects and products that will surely get the lead to your service. You have to allocate funds for it.

The result will depend on how good the person or team that you will hire and it will serve as part of your project's investment.

a lot of projects only use one or two network. i think you can probably be the first one who supports various network. it should be attractive for users who don't want to swap from one network to another. usdt/usdc is good, but adding more tokens would be better.

I don't see various coins there, he mentioned as far now they are accepting only tether and USDC and there are already some similar platforms available in the market with the same coins or even more but look at their terms user cannot withdraw or close their account before 3 months which is making the people away from the project just my opinion.
