You can Google Search to get basic information in topics.
This forum is meant for discussion and specific inquiry.
ETF stands for exchange traded fund.
It would make bitcoin available as a share and people would be able to own bitcoin without actually owning bitcoins. Indirect investment.

Check out the discussion on this thread; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1809008.0

Institutional investors would freely invest in it, and this would increase adoption and hopefully also increase it's value.
Higher demand = increased value.

Bitcoin ETF is not a decisive factor in the price of Bitcoin.

But It will of course affect the price of Bitcoin. People will spread this news before Bitcoin ETF a few days, and pull high price of Bitcoin, when the Bitcoin ETF end, the price will be reduced quickly, that's it.

I don't think this Bitcoin ETF will be approved.

Bitcoin ETF is bitcoin proposal applying on SEC to  regulate bitcoin in the U.S. and make proportion on investment and trade.

maybe no if our big investor will not fullout their shares in bitcoin because im sure that tax is on the side but we can help also to invest more people in bitcoin because is already regulated on the first.

Keeping it short, ETF is a way for big money to safely come to crypto. But all the news regarding ETF is by the most part aimed to hit the minds of ordinary people so that the latter buy more btc and created another wave of hype, giving a way to the next bull run.
