Claims like this has to go with images of checks you've received and samples of websites before anyone would give you some attention especially as you have a newbie status, which is equivalent to being a stranger.

Don't waste your AdSense account with these kinds of services because Google will find your tricks very soon and ban you permanently. You will waste your time and investments. It is not so easy to build a site to get a organic traffic to the site and it needs a lot of talent and if you use some blackhat way to pull traffic to your site then it will not work for long.

My buddy has been doing it since Jan 2018 and its working fine. I've received 2 checks already since August.  If you're afraid of using your personal account, you can always use a spare adsense account with this.

Yes, Google has zero tolerance about breaking of AdSense rules. Although it is a top advertising platform and they have the best paying rate. Is it possible to use any other platform, like Propellerads or similar?

Where the traffic comes from? Can you share some information about the traffic if it's just a organic traffic or it is from auto redirect traffic from other website or spam from social media with different or fake info?

Without image and payment proof that you receive 2 checks from google adsense I don't trust this kind of service.

Do you have any webmaster tool records or even just a traffic image from google analytics so that we can see the average of traffic you can make from your own site? You can apply for a new one, just need to make few changes under info when applying for a new one. You can also buy approved adsense accounts from sellers.

The same method has been used by my buddy for more than 6 months and no issue. It is paid traffic but real so i can't guarantee that google wont shutdown your account but its still working fine and if you follow the rules so you dont need to worry about it. The $135 is for traffic + campaign management. It doesn't include website creating service which can be free if you can do it yourself or pay $75 if you want me to do it for you. I work with established websites also if its in a high cpc niche and even better if its already ranking.

It is not ptc traffic, its organic search traffic from relevant websites. However it does involve some bh trick to get clicks. If done safely, it shoudn't be an issue.

I used to use adsense with youtube but had to close the account to receive the final account balance after youtube changed policy to disallow small accounts from collecting anything at all.   That kind of limit to low views makes this offer more attractive but  would your traffic play (watch, click even) the video hosted on a website or just be viewing the web page alone or just the front page of a site
