Dev needed to sleep first ...

keccak512's been up for 36 hours, allow him some sleep

Dev should have a team, if one gets tired the other can take over.

This delay is unacceptable

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I don't get why anyone who hasn't reciveed their IPO still silent?

These guys promised to send ur coins at launch and now they're not even responding to your posts

We've got quite a few (actually probably 100+ pending tasks), so expect them to be distributed over the new few days, as we catch up.
I don´t care who sends me my coins, but they should, as they promised.

I agree with you. However, I know that you will get the coins that belong to you as promised.

I think he was telling the guy who was asking originally to sleep rather than hang around waiting for the pools. That's how I read it anyway. plus after he said that i've had my ipo coins and a couple of messages from the dev.

BitzMD, forgive them, you will get your coins soon. Procedure 1 investors have all got their coins and Proc. 2 should follow shortly.

36 hours is nothing.  Why weren't these issues identified and corrected during the weeks leading up to the launch?  This is pathetic.  I feel sorry for those out btc because the chances of them recovering their investment is slim to none.  You have one chance to make a first impression and this guy blew it.

you have to use 7202 as rpcport so url=192.168.0.33:7203

and the wallet is sync?

THis is a joke , after 7 hours the pools are not working.
Dev and friends are solo mining with big rigs till they are rich enoufh, then they will open pools , after that they will dump the coins.
Sadly..

Just STFU will you, I mean I can ignore you but really just shut your face you ignorant fuck. I hope you have downs or something because that is the only reason to act this way and I apologize then for picking on the retarded
Hooray. We have one ignorant person getting another ignorant person to use bad language that also has the benefit of being insensitive to handicapped people. Welcome to the Internet.

To the original idiot, here's a thought: if 1000+ people all show up at launch to try and mine a heavily promoted new coin, perhaps -- just PERHAPS -- you and your single CPU aren't likely to find any coins in the first few hours. It's not all the dev and his friends, it's EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO that is contributing hash rate to HVC and making it hard for you to find coins. Deal with it.

Some quick and dirty math suggests that in order for us to be at difficulty 20, the total network hash rate right now is approximately 716 MHash/sec. Considering an i7-4770K will do around 80 KHash, that means we have the equivalent of TEN THOUSAND i7-4770K CPUs mining HVC right now.

So if you want to solve a block, your chances with a single CPU or even multiple CPUs is pretty damn small. Even with 800 KHash available, I have not yet solved a block, and unless I get lucky I will be without any HVC until the pools get functional and I can start getting smaller payouts.

All the whining right now really amounts to this: "I thought I had a great idea to mine this coin at 0-hour and I was going to be the only one there and I'd walk away with thousands of HVC and be rich enough to move out of my parents' basement!" Apparently you weren't the only one with that idea. Shocking.

Bullshit , smartcoin had 4ghash at start , and only 1 dev organised a perfect startup with no failures. Pools worked 3 minutes after launch time.
You are full of shit.
This is instamine scam coin.

If that's how you feel, then why are you here?

someone is using cpuminer-heavycoin to mine?

I'm trying to use it, but it returns HTTP request failed: The requested URL returned error: 401

The ip is right and rpcport is 7202

and with -P option?
it works with the patches I provided a little time ago.

Remove http, just the ip. don't forget the port.
like this:
./minerd -a heavy -v 512 -o 10.33.1.1:7202

I was just stating what I know, keccak512 needs a bit of sleep -- now, everyone has the rights to judge as they believe.

Meanwhile you can rest assured there's more than one developer working on improving, fixing, testing and the like.

I do not like it either, nobody likes delays and such (neither do keccak512/nomisugi).  And to proc2 IPO holders who haven't got their coins yet, that is not nice and I do hope (and know) that you receive your property in your wallets asap.

I'm not judging based on what I believe.  I'm judging based on facts.  The fact is that I just wasted 7 hours of my time trying to mine this coin as did many other people.  What good was that stupid countdown calendar on the webpage if 7 hours after launch there are no working pools, people still waiting on their IPO's, fucked up wallets and miners, and the Dev decides to take a nap.

I might as well go down with the ship since half my day is wasted, I didn't have sex with my girl because I was wasting time with this and now she's gone to work.  Leaving me here to wait for the fucking pools to work.

That's just wrong, considering some received their coins already and are selling on the exchange while others are still waiting for their share.
