I strongly agree! participants have a low chance of winning since this is a contest and they don't have any escrow yet which make it a little risky to join in, They only have $125 funds for 500 answered surveys and I think that's too much, I hope they can still pick people even if they can't reach their quota.

Thank you for your comment guys, well not necessarily all newbie accounts are timebombs  , I'm not active here in bitcointalk but find it very potential for my survey. In fact, we are expecting to super pass and receive more than 500 participation but for us 500 is enough. To make it more convenient for the participant, I will divide the draw and payouts into two, at first round draw when we reach 250 participation we select 12 people and payouts will be made after 5 days of selection. The second round is for 13 people from 250 to 500 and then payouts will be made after 5 days of second round selections. This is only to make you do not wait so long
