I always get the money, but there's always some delay... which can be annoying. For me, untrained/unskilled/incompetent support is worse than waiting.

I noticed that you are using fact that you contacted me personally by e-mail to avoid addressing your problems publicly. You run the business where transparency and trust are priorities. I still feel cheated and think your casino is very untrustworthy. .

In first the e-mail you sent me you just quoted your TOC, blamed customer support on everything and probably let AI generate the rest of the e-mail. There was no information why was I accused for using illegal "strategies".

In second e-mail answered question if it is possible to withdraw funds without KYC and you said that in my case it is impossible.

In third e-mail (sent few hours after @Examplens asked you about "strategies")   I was notified that I can withdraw the funds without KYC, but still I guess that KYC policy is enforced to all other players, so with me it's just exception.

It's easy to blame customer support on everything that happened, but the fact is that they didn't decide for themselves that I was using "strategies". Also stopping my wagering progress for my deposit couldn't be their decision. They were just the messengers and they had to look into system to get information. This leads me to believe that your casino system was designed with flaws this on purpose.

That said, our main focus is to ensure that a situation like this doesn’t happen again. We’re not trying to make excuses, we just want to address the matter and make sure it’s fully resolved.

Any information about the actions you are going to take so situation like this never happens?
