Glitch is at it again, because I asked him to observe an OFCp table because a "regular" keeps sitting out and sitting in without ever playing, destroying 3-handed games repeatedly.

I wrote an e-mail to support already, is this acceptable behaviour? This guy has singlehandedly destroyed 3-handed OFCp on your site. And glitch tells me I'm not allowed to join his 3-handed (!!) tables because Bert doesn't want to play me. I mean, you can't be serious, right?

Get glitch in line already and enforce a "spirit of the game" clause for your games, so this shit doesn't fly. siglemic, retsamkert, sexyschick and LesleyWalsh all open-sit and never play.

I have reduced my play by 95% already and if this keeps going with glitch and these angleshooting regulars without reprimand, I have no choice but to find other options because in my opinion, both are completely unacceptable. Is this how you expect to grow your games?

Bertbert has been the subject of several complaint for many years by mix and pineapple players mainly for this kind of acts and for repeated button steals. Support has always been responsive and has sometimes offered compensation. However, I suggest another way to deal with that sort of behavior : downgrading the krill status of the players who are at fault. It would be a good way to encourage them to behave well.

Yeah I know, I'm contact with several people who are well aware of his contant angleshooting. Today he seemed to get a little bit scared in that he played me for a tiny bit, and even then he max stalled every single round.

Glitch is by far the most rude and incompetent employee of any company I have ever been in contact with. Him alone would be a direct reason why word of mouth doesn't work for the site and I'm certain he is actively hindering its success.

There are those kinds of people who ruin the fun for gambling out of people and there has to be a solution for it. I mean of course everyone has a right to sit on any table they want and sit or leave and do whatever they want however if it becomes a habit and it ruins peoples game play then the response shouldn't be like what glitch has given in the pictures above.

First and foremost its not professional and it definitely doesn't look good on the website, secondly its not resolving anything, if you want to be cocky about something and then solve it easily and tell people like its no big deal and look down on them for not being able to solve it quicker, yet if you provide absolutely no resolve at all then there is no way you can be snob about something you can't even solve.

Unless Bert is following you around and blocking seats (and you're not doing the same thing back to him), I don't have an issue with how Glitch handled it.  Just work something out or keep pissing each other off.  Whatever.  Keep in mind though, every time you bitch about it, Bert wins another troll point, which clearly have value to him.

Cherry picking certain games in a mix would be different.  I would expect support to deal with it directly.

Rakeback confirmed not paid in last 24-48 hours, all players will be made whole after we find and fix the issue.

For the issue of regular long time players acting aggressively towards each other and disrupting the game, we hope SwC admins won't have to make management rulings against players because of their angle tactics and game disruption tactics, but if this behavior continues we will start to enforce rulings against offending players.

After software refactor is finished we will make the game rules built in so that this cannot happen. For today we ask players to use basic respect, otherwise we will need to take action to make sure SwC continues to be player-friendly site.

This has been going on for years given other players' statements (months since I've had the problem) - so I ask, what do you mean by "if this behaviour continues"? You're apparently not monitoring your games or else you would've noticed that behavior a long, looong time ago.

SkyReVo we noticed the behavior. The post is asking long time regular players to stop this, or we will have to make rulings at management decision.

The behavior to sit multiple games to harass a specific player is not allowed.

From this point forward we will police it.

We will code a better software solution to it after refactor.

The idea that receiving money or compensation of any kind from a company for a service provided(hi glitch) should enable a person(inherently flawed) to handle every situation presented with grace no matter what, is not an idea that is founded in human reality. 

People should never get into car accidents if they all drive correctly, thus the insurance system is unnecessary.  See? I can make up false realities as well. 

The basic theme here is that if you shit on people, they typically will not react kindly no matter the monetary compensation they receive for services.  Whether or not glitch was justified in his actions in this particular instance is not of concern as the guy has been dealing with an uncensored chatbox full of gamblers for years.  If his reaction to the above situation makes you unhappy with the service he provides,  maybe you could be much more cordial in your approach to him on a daily basis(not just when you want something).

Why not open HU tables for all OFCP variants and for all stakes.  It's more fun playing it HU anyway.  Playing it three handed increases the variance.

I play three handed all the time.  People are more likely to sit out when it goes from 3 => 2 handed than the other way around.  They have HU tables also.
