I joined a table with no waiting list and 2 seats open for 2 minutes to issue a player a verbal warning for abusing other players. I was unable to chat as an observer. That is a pretty rare occurrence, as most chat related issues happen in the lobby chat.

As such, we'd like to address the way in which the recent changes have been made, which have been met with almost universal disapproval (and not merely from players who have been chat banned). We understand the desire to make SWC a more desirable place to play and would gladly welcome an influx of new players. However, we also want to retain what made SWC unique amongst all other poker sites and what made it feel like home to many: the ability to speak your mind, to respectfully (or not so respectfully) disagree with someone, or just chat about nothing at all really-because that's what you do with your friends. There is no hit list, everyone who has been muted, has been trying to push the boundaries, or refused to fold an honor SwC's requests.

These same players told me there was nothing I could do because 'the inmates run the prison', and tried to organize rake strikes, or tried to manipulate me into acting in a way that they wanted by targeting someone. 

Many of the players who signed that email, have been working with me to improve the tournament schedule, or offer other ideas to improve the site's functionality or promotions.  And several of the suggestions in that email have, in fact, been incorporated.

Those that want to continue focusing on bringing me down to undermine the changes SwC is moving forward with, are missing out on true opportunities to improve the site, because real change is happening and the site is getting stronger.

Haven't been active in troll box for years now so I only know what I'm reading in this thread, but if I had to guess I'd say higherhighs convinced you guys that he had power that he didn't during a troll war.  Unless there's evidence other than players being muted and claims by HH, don't take it out on swc management.  If it's any consolation, it seems like he probably was hoping to get some sort of special privileges and that probably won't be happening now.

I've been around SWC for a minute and I don't ever recall a regular player knowing the outcomes of security audits and that in a certain case, the security team was able to track these three specific accounts back to this specific player who was multiaccounting. I hear that when other people report cheaters to SWC, support won't even confirm or deny that they took action against the player.

For people following along and is getting lost in all this amateur 'gotcha' investigative reporting is that SwC put me in a volunteer position of chat mod (although I do also help to get players' ideas and requests passed along to SwC) because the chat culture had become the equivalent of walking into a KKK rally.

So much racist and homophobic language was being used and thrown around in the most vulgar and abusive ways that SwC decided to make some changes to the culture, which for 8 years, literally had no chat rules or oversight.

Ultimately that meant that the most abusive chatters(not even all of them were players) gathered there, as the lobby chat became a place where people who liked to abuse or use hate speech came to target players and newcomers.

It became some sort of fraternity, in where, if you got thru the abuse, you became a member.  And felt more connected to the others who also did.

To put things even further into perspective, these are the rules that were added, and have caused an uproar in a small number of 'regs'.


1. No hate speech, including racial and homophobic slurs. No sexually explicit speech.

2. No player abuse.



That is what is causing the uproar. Players who could not adapt to not using the 'N' word or be verbally abusive to other players, were muted, but still able to play on the site.  1st infraction is 1 week, 2nd 1 month and the 3rd is permanent.

Very commonsense requests that you would expect when you went to ANY place of business to have to follow, however, these are the rules that a select few have had a problem with being able to follow, or are so jarring to the previous culture that they are now energized to be aggressive towards me and SwC.

Let this be a public announcement that SwC has changed, that hate and racism and abuse are no longer tolerated, and that the abusers are now the ones that are not welcome. If you ever checked out SwC before, you understand what I am saying, and I ask you to come and check it out again.  It is truly beautiful what has happened there in a short time, as players are now interacting and communicating with each other in positive and more impactful ways.

In almost all situations players are given multiple warnings in an effort to get them to change their behavior so they would not be muted. This can be verified by the many players in chat that never have an issue with me or the rules every single day.

Also, I have been thanked by dozens of players for helping create a better atmosphere.

There are barely any mutes given any more, because the few people that wanted to cause non-stop problems are now permanently muted, after having multiple chances to digest the new rules.

I have no problem with any of the regs, and want everyone to be able to play and be happy. Accept that there are new rules, and respect them and you will never have an issue with losing chat privileges.

Let's clear some things up.

First, SkyReVo AKA Ugot0chance on SwC has played a good number of hours of chinese poker against me. And I first learned that solvers existed for chinese poker because he started accusing a different player we were playing against of cheating. Apparently, if he wins, he is the greatest, and if he loses, it could only be because someone cheated him.

I have never cheated one hand of poker in my career, and I have never used a solver while playing or for practice. Because of this, I am confident there is no proof of me 'cheating', because I never have.  

What uGot0Chance/SkyReVo forgot to mention is that I offered him $2,000, no strings attached, to provide any proof that I have cheated or used a solver in any capacity. This was my response to him calling me a cheater after our last session. That offer is still open and available to anyone.

I also offered him to escrow $2,000 and I would do the same, and I would livestream play him, to prove that my mind is the only thing I need to beat him. He also declined this invitation.


Now lets talk about chat. I have volunteered to help SwC clean up their chat/culture because their new rules were not being adhered to by many players/chatters who have evolved with SwC over the years.  The chat at SwC, had been very toxic, as there were literally no rules for chatting for 8 years.  This involved many players/chatters logging in every day to SwC to abuse other players with often time racist and homophobic remarks and a lot of abuse. This culture, may have formed a tight nit bond with a few players, but pushed a lot of new players away over the years and made it so it was tough for people to rec the site to their friends, knowing they would be exposed to extreme abuse.

Having been playing on and off on the site since very first month in existence, I had seen the evolution of the site and culture, and had always felt that this aspect of the site needed to change to be able to grow.  So when I saw an opportunity to help for a short amount of time to evolve the culture in a positive direction, I offered to help. I saw someone say that SwC shows me emails, that is not true, I discuss with them why players were muted when the player emails in, and the screnshot I saw, was from a discord where players who are on board with the changes, send me screenshots of abusive/racist behavoir.

Many players are thrilled with the new direction of SwC, but there are definitely a handful of players, that have deemed it more important to be able to drop racist and homophobic slurs at will then to respect the request and chat rules that SwC has put forth. These players seem to be the most vocal on social media and are distorting the truth in some type of effort to get me 'fired'. I put 'fired' in quotes because I am not paid or compensated at all.

uGot0Chance/SkyReVo lost his chat permanently for advertising another poker site and enticing SwC players to play there.....he made over a dozen of these posts on July 13th, and was permanently muted because of it.  Though poaching players for another site was more then enough to perm mute him, he also chose to be disturbingly abusive towards me, graphically giving me in-depth directions in the lobby chat on how to slit my wrists correctly.


Lastly, if you ever stopped playing on SwC because of the culture, I hope you stop by and check out just how different it has become. I am really proud to be part of the reason why hate speech and abusive behavoir are no longer tolerated on SwC, and although some of the abusers have now found an outlet thru social media, I am looking forward to SwC continuing to strive to be a poker destination for all players.

Yes, I have played higherhighs for a while and we have since confirmed that during that period, he has used live assistance against me and atleast two other (ex-)regulars. This was confirmed by a developer of one of these solvers (think PIO solver, just for Chinese) with confidence. If you follow this thread, you know why I'm not confident sharing exactly how we know with him or SWC. But it's unequivocally the case. We haven't played much recently, therefore I do not know if he still does is since he is affiliated with SWC.

For any (potential) OFCp player, I just issue this warning: There is a reason none of the regs ever plays higherhighs anymore and if you're really interested, DM me and I'll share info on discord.

There is no upside to me taking his "offer". It's another fairly obvious smoke screen, don't think I have to explain.


As for the chat issue, I couldn't care less. Yes, I do verbally abuse cheaters. Consider yourself lucky that that's all that happens nowadays, back in the day, cheaters were buried alive in the desert. Ah, how times change. Just for clarification though, I am not an agent/affiliate for any site and didn't poach anyone, just told people that there are much better options and referred them to other agents. Again, don't care about the chat ban. But I will always warn about cheaters.


Lastly, if you ever stopped playing on SwC because it seemed sketchy, I hope you consider my words of caution that SWC has extremely bad judgement in who they deal with (and I suspect ownership has recently changed aswell), and therefore the risk of playing here has, imo, increased quite a bit.

Now lets talk about chat. I have volunteered to help SwC clean up their chat/culture because their new rules were not being adhered to by many players/chatters who have evolved with SwC over the years.  The chat at SwC, had been very toxic, as there were literally no rules for chatting for 8 years.  This involved many players/chatters logging in every day to SwC to abuse other players with often time racist and homophobic remarks and a lot of abuse. This culture, may have formed a tight nit bond with a few players, but pushed a lot of new players away over the years and made it so it was tough for people to rec the site to their friends, knowing they would be exposed to extreme abuse.

Having been playing on and off on the site since very first month in existence, I had seen the evolution of the site and culture, and had always felt that this aspect of the site needed to change to be able to grow.  So when I saw an opportunity to help for a short amount of time to evolve the culture in a positive direction, I offered to help. I saw someone say that SwC shows me emails, that is not true, I discuss with them why players were muted when the player emails in, and the screnshot I saw, was from a discord where players who are on board with the changes, send me screenshots of abusive/racist behavoir.

Many players are thrilled with the new direction of SwC, but there are definitely a handful of players, that have deemed it more important to be able to drop racist and homophobic slurs at will then to respect the request and chat rules that SwC has put forth. These players seem to be the most vocal on social media and are distorting the truth in some type of effort to get me 'fired'. I put 'fired' in quotes because I am not paid or compensated at all.

uGot0Chance/SkyReVo lost his chat permanently for advertising another poker site and enticing SwC players to play there.....he made over a dozen of these posts on July 13th, and was permanently muted because of it.  Though poaching players for another site was more then enough to perm mute him, he also chose to be disturbingly abusive towards me, graphically giving me in-depth directions in the lobby chat on how to slit my wrists correctly.


Lastly, if you ever stopped playing on SwC because of the culture, I hope you stop by and check out just how different it has become. I am really proud to be part of the reason why hate speech and abusive behavoir are no longer tolerated on SwC, and although some of the abusers have now found an outlet thru social media, I am looking forward to SwC continuing to strive to be a poker destination for all players.

Yes, I have played higherhighs for a while and we have since confirmed that during that period, he has used live assistance against me and atleast two other (ex-)regulars. This was confirmed by a developer of one of these solvers (think PIO solver, just for Chinese) with confidence. If you follow this thread, you know why I'm not confident sharing exactly how we know with him or SWC. But it's unequivocally the case. We haven't played much recently, therefore I do not know if he still does is since he is affiliated with SWC.

For any (potential) OFCp player, I just issue this warning: There is a reason none of the regs ever plays higherhighs anymore and if you're really interested, DM me and I'll share info on discord.

There is no upside to me taking his "offer". It's another fairly obvious smoke screen, don't think I have to explain.


As for the chat issue, I couldn't care less. Yes, I do verbally abuse cheaters. Consider yourself lucky that that's all that happens nowadays, back in the day, cheaters were buried alive in the desert. Ah, how times change. Just for clarification though, I am not an agent/affiliate for any site and didn't poach anyone, just told people that there are much better options and referred them to other agents. Again, don't care about the chat ban. But I will always warn about cheaters.


Lastly, if you ever stopped playing on SwC because it seemed sketchy, I hope you consider my words of caution that SWC has extremely bad judgement in who they deal with (and I suspect ownership has recently changed aswell), and therefore the risk of playing here has, imo, increased quite a bit.

In the end, you decide who to trust.

Just to put this child to bed, I will up my offer to $10,000 to provide proof that I have cheated in one hand, or have ever used a solver while playing or even for practice. Also, I play so fast, much faster than UGot, and will livestream some sessions so that everyone can see my brain in action. I also have played as high as $75 a point in live casinos, and I consider myself an expert at chinese poker (especially 2-7).

Higherhighs is definitely a weird hire, given that he is all but confirmed cheating at their OFCp tables. I wonder if the SWC team thinks he helped or hindered the site.

I haven't cashed out everything, sometimes there are some mega fish you can take advantage of, but my action there went from 80% to like 10%. Kinda sad, I liked earning BTC directly. But oh well..

Unless you're really dumb there's basically no way for another player to prove whether or not you're using a solver and if someone had proof you'd already know about it. And as long as you're clicking the buttons it wouldn't be difficult at all to make it impossible for seals to catch you. You might as well just make it a billion dollar reward - same difference.

My guess is the accusations are stemming from an obvious personal grudge, but this challenge doesn't make you look innocent in any way.
