I believe that the more information that has reassured many investors and Ripple lovers turns out to be false, the less likely it is to keep people who will continue to support this project. They are doing everything to hype this project, and save their own money so they can sell and prevent themselves from losing their whole capital. But what is said on Twitter is more of a bluff just to sweeten the news and to be able to make gossip material that might be split into several, there are those who support it and not. but for this tweet is clearly not possible because febuary does not have the 30th so it can be ascertained that it is just a joke.
