you can not analyze things when there is a lot of manipulation involved because it makes everything unpredictable. the price right now depends on how much more whale dump we are going to see and how long the BCH fake fight is going to last.

also i am starting to think that the hashrate wars may also affect things as bitcoin becomes slow again for a while. although i am not sure about this since in the past it had little to no effect on the price.

Short-term price is highly controlled by the whales due to the hashrate wars happening within the ranks of the BCH and its fork. Idk how it affected bitcoin and other coins as well but knowing that the same guys have a lot of coins in their arsenal, it's not impossible for them to manipulae the price.

Price depends on the guys with the bigger guns right now; the normal investors have to wait for everything to settle before getting comfortable again.

The price of bitcoin is just under $5400 for now but it may bump soon I believe since the price fell before also below the $6000 level but it soon recovered from that fall so it may happen again.ANd people said the current price fall is because of confusion between the investors of BCH investors to BTC so it may not last long.

I really don't see the relation related to hashrate wars on BCH camp when it comes to Bitcoin. Look at the BTC hashrate, it's working as usual. We have not seen a real allocation of hashrate by none of the big miners on BTC going BCH. The rumor is that Jihan may allocate hashrate into BCHABC camp. So it's possible that maybe this has become a sell the rumor buy the news event. I don't believe most people are buying CSW threats of dumping the price to $1000. His tweeter feed looks like that of a lunatic. Remember that big claims require big proof, and he failed to deliver on all of his big claims thus far.

He has managed to get all that hashrate on BCH because BCH is not that big. I will believe him when he takes down BTC as he is claiming.

The people mind set are moving early days so we don't say anything in this bleeding market. All peoples are realise again in future so we should buy and hold for this dip it will make good profit in future. I suspect that given how the market seems to be holding relatively steady today and the recent strength of resistance at the previous low that we'll see the price back in to the 6000s. That being said, it could still go lower after that price is reached, I just don't expect it to happen in one big movement (if it even happens at all), rather a steady slide over another few weeks or months.

Things will be clearer next week. We are feeling the immediate impact of the hash wars, however, it should all settle down in a week or two and  suspect the price will rebound back to $6300 - $6500 range.

I just hope it will not go any worse in a few weeks later, just shocked seeing Bitcoin went this much in just a single day.
I thought Bitcoin Cash fork and hash wars would not bring any significant movement to Bitcoin, but i was wrong. Just can not believe it, how could they do that ?

Looking at the channel/wedge structure on Bitstamp, it looks like $4,800-$4,900 is a good guess. It could rebound at the channel bottom or make a throwover slightly below.

If on the other hand, price sustains below that area, I think we're going a lot lower.....maybe the $2,000s even. We need bulls to rebound hard, show these dumps were bought up, and bring price back into the previous range. Otherwise it starts to look like December/January all over again.

You can take the analyzation coming from that guy and consider that as a reference. From there, you can made your own analyzation.

Who's that analyst? each of them is entitle with their opinion but no biggie with those predictions. Conduct your own analysis so you don't have to depend with those analysts that are giving their pure opinion to the market.

IIRC, most of the predictions from these analysts failed for this year. It's up to you if you will follow and believe their words but we are already telling you that none of them predicted an accurate price for this year.

It's one positive for the long run, if weak hands are going to sell then it's better to happen now and they be replaced by stronger hands. I don't believe that there are many weak hands left and selling, I think this is mostly big players influencing the market with big sell orders. Analysts will always come up with their own predictions every single time, but that does not mean they are usually right and in most cases anyway, they are only always lucky if they even manage to be right. For now, how low the market is going to go is none of my own concern, but my major concern is how I am taking advantage of that.

Finally, the price has fallen too deep, and we are seeing $45xx-$46xx and the price still moving up and down on this day. I guess that many people panic to see the price is down so fast and they cannot wait too long to hold bitcoin again. The bitcoin market still makes war between the buy order and the sell order, and I see that it still going up and down in the next hours but I don't know if the price can lift to the higher price or not. Maybe it will be down for more because the trend still on the down, and I think we can wait for the next moment to shows up.

We can see so much value drop that is happening with the price of bitcoin right now I can see a tremendous manipulation with the price and because of the BCH this will apprehend a large portion of bitcoin to get an exchange in BCH, But I also believe that the price will not get to $2500 or below that level, The price would not get a drop that much because of the drama, And let's just wait for the drama to subside!
