Pliagarism is a very grave offense especially when it's done to bump up a thread by multiple accounts which gets paid for it. And it gets the user a permanent ban from the forum.

I also do not think you'd be needing any suggestions as you all would probably get banned as well

They know very well what they did wrong, because copy-pasting is not allowed and you consciously have to do it, you cannot say it was by mistake or something, so they know really good what they were doing but still, try to get between the raindrops and stay dry

There's already enough proof that your "friend" really broke a rule. There's no point in waiting for an admin to reply as he/she should most likely just say the same thing. Tell your "friend" to move on as it's extremely unlikely for your "friend"'s account to be unbanned.

I think I was the one to report Neo.Prometheus. That account, at least 50 more member-rank, a couple of full member/sr.member, as well as over 1000 newbie accounts,  shill in various scam projects since January. I've been following that group for almost 3 months now and got banned roughly around 250 of them. Neo.Prometheus hasn't broke the rule once, these accounts have literally hundreds of copy-pasted posts. A few more examples:

There will be no recovery, there will be no future.  The account owner is banned from using the forum, any alts she creates are subject to the ban regardless of whether she stops plagiarizing or not.  If any alt is found to be connected it too will be permabanned.
