Very cheap ERC20 (Ethereum ETH) token creation

I would like to offer my services for creation of fixed-supply (fixed token count) ERC20 (ETH) tokens.

I will only charge $25. This includes the full verified source code (which will be seen on etherscan), as well as all the tokens sent to your ERC20 compliant wallet.

Pay in ETH at the Coinbase rate at the time of transaction.

All I need are these details of your token:

1. token name (e.g. Bitcoin)
2. token ticker (e.g. BTC)
3. total number of tokens (e.g. 21 million)

In addition, I need:

4. your ETH address from either a MEW (MyEtherWallet) or METAMASK wallet, so you can add the tokens to them.
